Always great to deal with excellent customer service

Very very dissaponting service, arrived a month and a half after the date it was due. No explanation no refund

I placed my order the beginning of December 2025. When placing this order I asked for the same design, I placed back in 2022 with revisions to add words to my brand name and the trademark symbol. I received 3 orders during the months of December through February, in which all orders were wrong. I didnt recived a mock up until I requested one. The communication was only through email. I wasn't able to reach a live person. After receiving the last incorrect order in Feb., I just gave up. I decided to find another company to work with. This company is not the same as they were in the early 2000s. They lack of attention to detail and it takes too long to receive an order. I was highly disappointed.

This is my third order! 5,000 custom woven labels. The quality is EXCELLENT. Fast turnaround, fair price/good value. I will order again and Highly Recommend WunderLabel. The only reason for four stars is packaging. In the past, the labels came in two boxes, 2500 each box. This time, they came stacked in two layers wrapped in cellophane. Okay; I get the importance of reducing waste and packaging and shipping costs as both a good bottom line for biz and as good stewardship for all. Unfortunately, cellophane is not built to withstand the transport experience when it is used to contain thousands of small things, and simply slipped inside a heavy paper envelope. When I opened the outer shipping envelope, hundreds of labels poured out and scattered in different directions. The whole two layers of orderly cellophane wrapped rows of beautiful labels became a floppy, tumbling mess. Fortunately the break was limited one end, and my shop floors are clean. I did not like the inconvenience and the time suck. Ordering by the thousands? This might be one of those times a DIY decision replacing customer service bites back. Open your package of thousands over a big bin to catch them, and be prepared to supply your own box(es) for storage/studio organization. Would I pay $5-$10 more for boxed? Yes, this loyal customer, would.

The ordering process was very simple and detailed easily to follow. The inventory gave me great choices and very attractive. Maybe more simple prints can be added but otherwise great products

I think it was my fault because of the design and colors I choose but a little hard to see. Otherwise great pricing and decent shipping times. When I order I usually have to just forget about it because the customer service isn't great.

Love the labels and tags I ordered they are exactly what I needed and so easy to design them myself. The online design is very easy to use and it is nice to approve your design same day!

I would have like a email stating that my package is being shipped so I didnt think it was fraud.

Also my labels arrived but the ink is faded. I have ordered before and I was happy with the quality but these ones are faded I will need to find a different company unless they can make it right.

I was more than a bit nervous to have my labels and stickers printed without review, they turned out PERFECT!! They exceeded my expectations and arrived before my first pop up event. I will definitely be purchasing again in the future!

Fantastic! The designer tool in the web is fantastic the lables have come out exactly as i wanted them! Super easy process great to see where they are in the manufacturing process whilst waitint for shipping as well very happy will 100% be ordering more!
