I live in France and have had a problem with my Wurlitzer for a couple of weeks. I contacted Dave who has been SO helpful. He has walked me though every stage of testing my machine and given me very clear instructions on what to do to try to find the fault. I really am very appreciative as there are no Service Departments in France. Thank you Dave for taking the time to help me. :-))

Fantastic service, would highly recommend Dave . I bought a fabulous jukebox from him, it was delivered on time and problem free. There was a small mechanical issue that was rectified without question by Dave and Terry - good customer service these days is hard to come by , so this was a breath of fresh air. Thank you again Dave, loving my Wurlitzer
Excellent service - lots of phone conversations and diagrams emailed to me in order for meto fix my Wurlitzer Lyric myself to.
In the end I took it to Dave as it had electrical problems and he fixed right away and serviced the Jukebox - now it's working great.

Had a problem with my credit computer on my wurlitzer 1015 one more time.
Called and spoke to Dave,who talked me through the safe removal of the credit computer,prior to packaging and sending off to him for repair.
Got the unit back within a few days.
Re fitted it and back in business !
