Excellent Chinese single estate, *whole* leaf teas - as they're meant to be.
I can heartily and genuinely recommend this website for buying competitively priced, excellent Chinese single estate, whole leaf teas.
Tea is not meant to be crushed into dust and put in a paper and plastic bag with glued edges. It is meant to be taken from the tree in whole leaves, cared for and processed only by those with generations of knowledge of traditional Chinese tea making and then presented, still in withered, processed and dried whole leaf form, to be brewed 'gong fu' style in either a small pot or a gaiwan.
The teas from Wuyi Origin are absolutely these sorts of teas and I will absolutely continue to buy teas from Wuyi Origin.
Their customer service is also top class and they are very diligent in being attentive to the requests or questions they receive in the online chat function of their website. I would not have thought to buy the last teas I bought from them if it was not for their kind, well meant and gentle (not salesman-like) conversation I had.
They deserve 10 out of 5 stars ;-)
