No Vacuum
The product, a Wuzutech Robovac X simply goes in circles. It cleans one spot very effectively. Getting it was a series of total screwups and initially got a box of 10 Milwaukee Grinders. Getting that sent back and getting lined up with the correct product took a while. Not even sure they wanted to make it right or cared if I got the vacuum I ordered.

Please do not use this company. They are scammers. I purchased the scratch remover. Once the purchase was complete, I kept receiving more offers. I answered, "No"! There were so many offers. Unfortunately, I mistakenly answered yes to insurance! Why would they offer insurance on a scratch removal cloth? It was $9.95. I immediately made multiple attempts to contact them to no avail. They keep sending emails that they are "reviewing my email." I called and was on hold for 20 minutes. No one ever came. THIS IS A SCAM! BEWARE!

Absolute Rubbish, poor customer service.
Bought smart ring and was fine for a few weeks. It stopped working and wouldn’t charge, so emailed customer service. They said no problem as I’d paid extra for insurance. Did not replace it. So I emailed again. No reply. I’ve emailed 5 or 6 times and they ignore me. Waste of money and waste of time paying for insurance! So I asked for a refund …. and guess what …. No reply!!!
Do not buy! Poor product and poor customer service. Absolute rubbish!!!

Herz P1 ring
I have just purchased a Herz P1 ring and I have to say I'm really pleased with the ring and the level of customer service.
Jess, who dealt with my order has been really helpful in sorting out queries I raised about how it worked and for sorting out very quickly my problem with ordering the wrong colour for my wife.
Before I could organise an exchange, after hearing my problem, Jess put into motion the replacement without waiting for me to return the original ring. This saved a lot of time as the ring was a gift.
She has answered all my emails promptly and the ring arrived within seven days.
The ring seems to be operating as it should.
Despite what other people are saying here on Trust Pilot, Herz seems to be a decent company with a good product at an affordable price and excellent customer service.
That is why I have given them five stars.

Took about a month to receive the ring. Once finally received the ring it was the incorrect size (even though i followed their sizing guidelines) and the inside of the ring had the feel of hard plastic that had been heated up and had sharp edges that rubbed the finger. I reached out to customer service and had to pay to return the ring. Requested a refund instead of replacement ring. Followed their return instructions and when I didn't hear anything I reached out. I had to send the tracking number and a picture of the postal receipt. This was in May 2025, now at the end of August I have heard nothing back, nor have I received a refund. Do not order from this company, scam or not, they are unprofessional and unreliable.

Actually -5. Stay away from them. We placed an online order over the weekend. We were charged but did not receive an order notification or tracking as we typically would expect. We called customer service Tuesday afternoon and the rep read back our email correctly. We asked for an order notification and after 25 minutes were told the reason we did not get one was because the email we had provided was incorrect. Mind you, the rep read it back correctly at the beginning of the call. We then asked them to cancel the order and while on hold, miraculously the order notification hit our email showing our order had already shipped through a company called GOFO. The rep then said they were unable to cancel the order because it had shipped. GOFO had terrible reviews too, so we told them we did not want it and disputed it through our debit card provider.
Lesson Learned.

Awful! I bought a bird feeder with a camera. No where does it say mounted. It says no tools necessary. I emailed and texted and no response. I called and they don't pay for returns. I'm 70 years old and unable for to mount the camera and I have no where to mount it! Customer service is the worst. Advertised no tools necessary and I paid $180 for a camera feeder I can't use.
Consumer Reviews rated the camera the best. I'll never trust them again!
Randomly stops collecting data
The ring stopped working after a week. It will work for 12 hours then randomly stop collecting data even with more than 50% battery. It doesn't matter if I keep the app running on my phone or do manual sync, it randomly stops and is unreliable. I wrote a review on their website and it has never appeared so I'm sure all the reviews are fake. DO NOT BUY!

I wish I had read Trust Pilot reviews before buying the Herz ring. It's terrible and WuzuTech is even worse. The ring is inaccurate, the app crashes at least once a day, the ring doesn't monitor sleep correctly at all, and doesn't sync with the app 95% of the time. After jumping through customer service's hoops for a week, they finally said I could return the ring for a replacement, but I would have to pay to ship it back certified, wait for them to receive it and do their own testing of the item to determine if it truly is defective, then they would send me another one. Like I believe that would ever really happen.

I bought the Herz ring and it is terrible, inconsistent and inaccurate. I think the reviews on their site are fake. I’ve been getting the runaround from customer service for weeks trying to return it and now they are just completely ignoring me. Do not waste your money.

I had been having trouble placing an order to begin with. I reached out to customer care. They sent me a link and said I wouldn’t have any more trouble and so I processed the order and then realized all of my previous attempts were on the new order. I then Called immediately after pressing the “ place my order” button. I also emailed because I realized you were closed. Customer care says they are available 24/7 on your website. I tried again on Monday and finally was able to talk to someone who told me that the order had just gone to processing and there was absolutely nothing she could do about it. Her suggestion was that once I received the birdfeeders that I would keep one and return the others at my expense. She also said it would be 7 to 10 days before I saw credit for the returned items once they were received. With an over $500 bill this was unacceptable. So she then told me to refuse the delivery and that she would refund my money as I had wished at that point to cancel the entire order. I also want to let you know that it came in a box that appeared to not be well packed. There was loose tape with open seems?
Furthermore, I ended up buying another birdfeeder online from Costco. It was half the price extremely well packed and made of cedar, a much nicer, larger birdfeeder than what I was expecting from you.
I do understand that you are trying to minimize cost. But at the risk of losing a sale as well as risking damaged product? I’m sorry to say I won’t be trying any of your other products either. Very disappointed,

Update. I followed the tracking and the tracking system did not work. So it was delivered without my knowledge. Then when I asked for a return label, I was told it would be returned at my expense another surprise wow returning it that UPS doesn’t go to post office is when I tried to get an address they said no we only accepted at the post office. This cost another $152.
This company has an unfriendly website, customer service, and return policy. I would stay as far away from them as possible.
Junk ring
Initial order didn't include the rings, just the charger. Then they added the rings. Shipping later added almost the full amount again in Customs fees.
And most importantly, the ring is garbage. Missing days worth of data, doesn't measure accurately.
I tried emailing them but only got an automated response.

Stay away. I purchased the ring ordered size 12 they sent 11. They wanted me to pay return shipping in order to get a refund.
I requested a prepaid label as it was their mistake. I paid original shipping charge of 9.99

After I ordered (and paid for) the Herz P1 Smart Ring, WuZuTech totally ghosted me. I emailed them three times after receiving an email that the ring had been shipped because the tracking info told me it hadn’t been delivered to the Shipper. NO ONE EVER RESPONDED. Concluding that this was a good indication of the non-support I’d get from this company, I cancelled the order. BUYER BEWARE!

A rating of one is being generous! They have my money but I don’t have the product. I’ve been trying to get a replacement product or a refund for a month now. I can’t get any response whatsoever. I’m writing off my money and can only assume I’ve been scammed by petty thieves!
