Avoid.

Dishonest.
Booked service for Isuzu RK73HLH.
Extremely poor service. Once they done it I spotted as disel was leaking and smelling inside the cab. Engine cover loose, not secured properly, they replaced brake pads but did use old anti vibration plates, despite charging over £360 for one set. When replacing tyres they make alloys dirty and greasy. Nearside front tyre was not secured properly. Oil level below minimum. I was hoping to have the job done properly. Instead I received a job which have to be corrected immediately in other garage.
Really regret.

We take feedback seriously, but we must challenge several of the claims made in this review as they do not reflect the work carried out or our processes.
All work on this vehicle was completed to the correct standard and in line with manufacturer guidelines. The diesel residue noted on the chassis rail would have been from the fuel filter replacement process—this is a sealed unit once installed, and it is not possible for it to leak as described. There were no active fuel leaks present when the vehicle left us.
All road wheels are torqued to manufacturer specification as standard procedure prior to a final road test, and we carry out a final inspection before handover. A complimentary vehicle wash is also completed once work is finished.
With regard to the brake work, anti-vibration shims are only replaced where required. Both this and the diesel residue from the fuel filter change were explained to you when you raised these points prior to leaving, at which time you confirmed you were satisfied.
Although the vehicle was originally booked as a waiting appointment, once we identified that the rear tyres were below the legal limit and the front brake pads were low, we rearranged our courtesy vehicle schedule to provide you with the use of our truck, minimising disruption to your day.
When you raised your concerns, we asked for a report from the other garage and offered to take another look at the vehicle ourselves. So far, we haven’t received any photos, reports, or the chance to re-inspect it.
We are always open to resolving genuine concerns, but we stand by the quality of our workmanship and the processes followed in this case

Happy customer since 2007

I have taken all of my cars to WVC since 2007 and always get superb service. Stuart and the team go above and beyond and always give what I feel to be honest advice.

I have been using WVC for well over ten …

I have been using WVC for well over ten years now. I trust these guys implicitly and highly recommend them to friends and family. In my opinion, the team of mechanics are highly proficient and their staff in the office are incredibly helpful. I rate the service these guys provide as higher than that of a main stream Audi dealership and I have experienced both.
In my opinion if WVC falls within your catchment you would be foolish not to use them and if they do not fall within your catchment then try them as the service you will receive and the peace of mind that you get with it will be worth going the distance for.

Excellent honest service!

Excellent honest service!
I would and have highly recommended this garage to both family and friends. They are very competitively priced and only carry out work that is required unless requested otherwise.
They will also lend you a small car whilst yours is in for repairs which is invaluable.

Exemplary Customer service

We have been using WVC over the last 10 years and cannot recommend their services highly enough.
Thoroughly professional, reliable and informative with good 'old fashioned' customer service - a rarity to find these days.
Nothing is too much trouble for WV - we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone for both their Fleet & Personal vehicles requirements.
