Bad, very bad!!! Delayed order acceptance, late delivery – no way whatsoever to get in touch from Germany/Europe!!! The AI assistant doesn't work and has no information. And five days before Christmas, we are told bluntly that the parcel cannot be delivered!!! Bad, bad, bad!!!

No show panties are very low quality. bought 7 for $35 promotion, and one torn where the gusset is stitched to leg opening with one use. will stop buying it until they get better products.

I live in switzerland. And i ordered many times from Victoria’s secret and always arrive in maximum one week but now i see every time i place an order during sale or clearance time the order be lost or return to them not one or two times happen but this is my third time !!!!! I feel like they mean it Not an accident because is not normal 3 times i don’t get my package and even the refund is very bad because they refund me product by product!!!! Not the full payment in one shot like i paid !! I’m really disappointed and every time Victoria’s Secret start sale I’m afraid to make the order because will never arrive. I just made an order last week and now in tracking said its return to the. Sender in the same day they shipped the package !! How come !!

I went to Victoria's secret at Hamilton place Mall in Chattanooga Tennessee yesterday. I found a bra and panty set, the material is lace, the color is navy blue. The set only costed me 12$on clearance. I also found a black baby doll gown, it was only9$. They also have some very nice fragrance, it kills me to run into someone out in public, and they will be wearing some perfume from Victoria's secret, their fragrances are meant to be worn with lingerie, they are meant to be worn at home for your man.I am satisfied with the baby doll gown, and my bra and panty set. I don't usually shop at Victoria's secret, don't agree with their catalogs, and their fashion shows, I think it is very inappropriate for any woman to put herself out there wearing lingerie and panties,. I am so glad that the fashion shows got cancelled, and why do they all have to be pretty skinny women, they cannot be plus-size or yay.

I have made my order 01/12 and I have received it 11/12 although that in their website they claim that the order will be delivered up 5-8 days
Also Wrong items shipped and I have to return these in order to send me the correct ones and as a result what was supposed to be Christmas present it will not be delivered on time.
Customer support on chat was not very sure about anything.
They originally claimed that I can return these to store but after that I have found on their website that I cannot.
I have ordered two times from the website the first time item was not delivered and now the wrong items... I don't think I am ordering from this website again
