Terrible customer support!
After a week still no tracking for my product, they refunded my money instead of answering my customer support email inquiry about shipping my item or sending me a tracking number.

Bad business practice
Received confirmation of order and my credit card was charged. 10 days later I still did not receive shipping information so called them. They said they were just getting ready to call me and let me know they did not have the item I ordered. Seemed suspicious... Would not do business with them again.

Shipped the next day & Arrived as advertised
I called them, and they picked up the first time and answered questions about their return policy, which is on their website. Decided to give them a shot. I ordered an item that was shipped out the next day. Arrived exactly as advertised. Glad I ordered from them.

Total scam
Total scam. Ordered 8 days ago and immediately rec'd confirmation. Though suspiciously my CC asked if I was sure it wasn't fraud. In the 8 days I haven't heard nothing. Not that it's been shipped, not a tracking number, and according to FTC law they've got 12 more days without shipping before they legally must refund me
