Hosting infrastructure is good but missing e-mails and forums accounts removal are problematic

This hosting platform is great for small websites but:
- validation / verification e-mails may not be delivered;
- forum accounts may be deleted without explanation, ex: user: pal1000

Unexpected upward trajectory!

For a free web-hosting service I expected minimal software interaction and a poor design aesthetic according to the many reviews I got from the research i did prior to choosing 000webhost.com. But that wasn't the case here, I was able to launch my free website within minutes thanks to its easy to use design. I am hoping to see longevity in this unexpected upward trajectory.
