I put an order for a few big bag sands…

I put an order for a few big bag sands and got the confirmation right away, then within a few hours at the same day, I wrote them to cancel the order. I got no response. Sent another email the next day, no reply, called them, got a machine answer that we are busy and we cannot respond, send a chat message, got the same busy message, then received the goods two days after the order, sent them back, but the company 10-4.dk replied after four days that they did not see my cancellation, sorry for that but I have to pay 3900 kr return fee. Am I responsible for your failure in responding a cancellation call in 48 hours?

Very irresponsible company and bad service. I strongly recommend anyone against using this company.

Hello Hassan.

In order to return the order in question for 9 x 1.000 kg of "Støbemix", you should have used your right of cancellation, and send the order back.

However, refusing to receive the order, when delivered to you, is against our terms and conditions, which is why you had to pay the return fee.

We do our very best to help cancel orders as soon as possible. However, in a time like this with more orders per day than ever before (more than 200- and sometimes 300% orders by the day compared to the same period last year) we cannot guarantee that we have seen the cancellation before having shipped the order. In those cases, you need to use your right of cancellation.

Jeg købte en plæneklipperrobot fra WORX…

Jeg købte en plæneklipperrobot fra WORX og 10-4 havde den forkerte produktbeskrivelse på deres hjemmeside.
Efter mine klager pr. E-mail, online chat og formel klagemelding korrigerede de salgsbeskrivelsen, men kom ikke tilbage til mig med en løsning på min sag.

Jeg er indsendt ved klage for 8 dage siden, og jeg venter stadig på en løsning.
Jeg er ekstremt utilfreds med 10-4 og anbefaler ikke denne butik.

I bought a lawnmower robot from WORX and 10-4 had the wrong product description in their website.
After my complaints by e-mail, online chat and formal complaint report they corrected the sales description, but didn’t get back to me with a solution to my case.

I’ve submitted my complaint 8 days ago and I’m still waiting for a solution.
I’m extremely unhappy with 10-4 and do not recommend this store.
