Their return policy is unacceptable. They do not provide return labels, and when I attempted to return the product, the shipping cost exceeded the original price of the bulbs.
Based on this experience, I will not purchase from them again. The customer support and return policies are extremely disappointing.

1000 Bulbs had the LED recessed lighting conversion fixtures for our existing fixtures, so we could update our lighting from the 1990's. The conversion fixtures fit perfectly. They also have the stage lighting bulbs I needed to replace at our church. All of these items arrived within 4 working days, so now everyone is happy. Great products and timely service.
Harassing text messages, using new numbers after blocking...
Ordered bulbs from them about a year ago, started getting spammed with promotional texts from them using a new number every day. It's absolutely harassment.

They don't stand behind their product when shippers cause damage.
I have been long term customer with somewhat infrequent purchases though. I ordered specialty lights for building signage. It took couple days to ship when placed early enough to go out next day. They shipped and the carrier Dohrn Trucking totally destroyed the pallet of tubes. I sent numerous pictures of broken boxes and tubes, even pictures from before removed from the truck. I could never supply them enough pictures. I sent three emails with pictures and they still wanted more. The way it comes out they have provided me legal names of whom I need to file suit against at their company on an almost $4000 order. The trucking company has even acknowledged the damage, but now I have to source materials for two customers.

The website allowed me to find the product I wanted. Descriptions and specs were complete. The purchase process was easy. The bulbs arrived in a timely manner without damage.

This was a test run
My original order was pretty small as kind of a "test" run. The ordering process was easy and quick, the shipping was slower than some other places, but not terrible. The box was VERY well cushioned and my bulbs were all that I expected them to be. I will be ordering more!

Excellent upgrade! Replaced six old fluorescent fixtures with Leighs. Installation was easy, and they dim perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone modernizing their lighting.
Ordered bulbs on November 22, never received
Ordered bulbs on November 22, now a month later and still no bulbs. I inquired on Friday, was told they were shipped and delivered. However, tracking shows they were delivered to a "mail room", which I do not have, I live in a house. Picture on the tracking looks like just snow. Representative said they would check on the tracking and notify me by email of the results. Representative asked if I wanted a refund or replacement product shipped if they cannot be located. I asked for a refund as it's been a month and I will just find them locally. After 3 days no response, and I noticed an additional charge on my credit card although I have not placed another order. I again inquired, they stated they had processed a new order since they cannot locate the original shipment, and of course that is the credit card charge. Now I'm out two charges and still no bulbs. Horrible customer service, and no follow-up.
