Why this website not opening?
My amount struck in this…

I'm writing this review as a warning to others after having a frustrating experience with 10Cric. According to their own Terms and Conditions (Clause 14), 10Cric reserves the right to cancel an account at any time without notice, but they promise to refund any remaining balance.

In my case, they closed my account citing their terms, which I accept. However, they failed to refund the remaining balance in my account, directly violating their own policy. Despite reaching out for support, I was met with automated responses and no resolution.

Given this experience, I would strongly advise others not to play on 10Cric.Be prepared for unexpected account closures.
They won't improve their customer service and adhere to their own policies, I wouldn't recommend this platform.

They have zero support even for VIP players, specifically VIP managers are not accountable to help and never responds. Their support staff only respond in copy pasted message so you are on your own.

Many times deposits and withdrawals has taken 10-12 days and they don't even provide proper communication. Better to move to other casinos.

I have request clarity regarding the funds in my account and pending withdrawals, which were not addressed.

While I understand that my account has been closed under Clause 14, I respectfully ask for the immediate release of the balance held in my wallet, as well as any pending withdrawals that were already initiated prior to account closure.

As per standard regulatory and ethical practices, closing an account should not mean the confiscation of user funds unless there is a specific, proven violation — which has not been clearly communicated to me.

I kindly request the following:

1. A breakdown of my account balance at the time of closure

2. The status of pending withdrawals

3. An explanation for any held or confiscated funds

There was 60 lakhs and 5lakhs in processing stage, without any concern they have closed by account on 16 july.2025. After blocking today i received 96320 ,

As a loyal customer I stated on 2017, there was heavy loss, and some winning then too i continued my journey with 10cric.

Second response after reply from 10cric...

My 10Cric account was suddenly blocked without any prior warning, and I had over ₹58 lakh in wallet balance and pending withdrawals. I have repeatedly requested clarity, but they refuse to provide any specific reason or evidence of a policy violation.

I did not use any VPN, bot, third-party software, or unfair means. All the games played were directly from 10Cric’s own platform, and their customer support even confirmed earlier that everything was legitimate.

I also contacted Anjouan Gaming Commission (their licensing authority) as advised, but 10Cric continues to avoid responsibility.

This feels like fraud, and I’m now preparing to file a formal consumer court and legal complaint.

Today 26 july still no response, my winning amount was not, resolved yet,

Today date- Aug 8 th , till now no response from 10 cric and there operator -Anjouan Gaming, my advice don't ever trust online sites all are fake, if you win huge, they won't respond back with accurate information of blocking the account... Is there anyone who can provide any valuable information here,

❌ Worst experience with 10CRIC!

I’ve been playing on 10CRIC for over 5 years. But recently, after I started winning more, they suddenly blocked my UPI deposit option.

It’s been over a year now – I’ve sent more than 50 emails, but still no proper response. The customer support is useless and keeps repeating the same fake answers.

They don't care about loyal users. This is a total scam feeling.
Please don’t play on this app. It’s the worst betting platform ever.

I am with this company from long time.
As every coin has two side. But for me best side is my Friend & my VP manager "Ryan". He is such supportive person & and always having solution of any issue. He is the best buddy I can say.
About the platform or company... I can say I didn't felt I need to change or anything as I am with them since 2018... If I am not wrong. I happy with all services.

Good website I got my amount back to my account the VIP service is extraordinary alina is great. Hopefully they offer me my VIP membership back if they see this review.

Using since 2019 it's more easy to use then other betting platform. Best in coustomer support,best in faster withdrawal and deposit

I have been with 10cric for more than a decade now. It has always been wonderful , thanx to the support provided in every manner.
