Everything went fine
I was a little disappointed to realise there was a small dent on the side of the fridge that faces in, in my kitchen. I noticed it when down at the truck which delivered to me as the driver was unpacking the item.
The driver did notice it too but first once the fridge was all the way upstairs and inside the apartment. Realising this is a very small dent I said not to worry about it and promptly covered it with a magnet. I am of the opinion that returning the fridge for such a small defect was quite over the top. It would of course be wonderful should it not have this mark. I just thought it deserved mention since you were kind enough to ask for my opinion. Otherwise the service was great, the fridge was reasonably priced and the delivery driver prompt, pleasant and effective. +many thanks for offering to call ½hour in advance of drop off!
