Initially I had submitted my glasses…
Initially I had submitted my glasses prescription by mistake, they did reach out and let me know that I did that. But within two days, they had shipped my contacts based on my glasses prescription.Because by the time I got them my correct prescription, they had already shipped. I had asked for a return label 3 times I have submitted the correct prescription and asked to have them credit. My account and send me my corrected lenses. It has been probably three months, and I still have box with no return label and no new prescription. And I have unanswered emails, requesting two correct this problem.

Customer service is top notch
Ordered with a 20% off promotion but the discount did not come off when I placed the order. I immediately contacted customer service via chat and was helped instantly. Order was canceled and then ordered and billed correctly. Very fast and happy with customer service. Would have been 5 stars if the order had been correct without having to go to CS. They also added express shipping for free and contacts arrived super fast!

Second time ordering!
Second time ordering! Incredibly quick delivery, always packaged nicely with no damage! And honestly, these contacts somehow maintain moisture better and longer than the other place I used to buy from!
I will say I'm not a big fan of the prices, but their service otherwise makes it worth it!

I was so impressed with the service at 1-800 Contacts. I had gotten a defective contact (the first time) and called them and they replaced it right away with no questions! They even sent it rush priority and it came next day. They are so friendly and give such great service. Much better than getting it from your eye doctor or a store.
