Should anyone be looking for fence recommendations, I recommend AGAINST Tennessee Valley Fence. Their customer service is poor. They installed our fence last year, then we received a notice from the city of Madison that the fence was too close to the fire hydrant and TVF came out and moved it, as they should have, at their expense. We were told they would come out an stain the portion that they had to replace. Upon calling them last year, we were told over and over that when the weather cleared up, they would come out and stain it. Now that the weather permits, I have been calling for the last two weeks and being told somebody would call me back to schedule and it never happed. Well, today "BILL" called me and said he NEVER told me they would stain it and he has "no intentions of coming out to stain it" (those were his exact rude, nasty words).
If they were not going to stain it, they should have said so from the beginning and we would not have gone this long without it stained. I still feel like they SHOULD stain it, since the mistake was theirs, not ours, and it would take all of 30 minutes!

CENLA Seamless Gutters is the most professional outfit in the southern United States. Everything was done on time, exactly as they said it would be done, looks very professional and most importantly, the gutter system finally works. We could not be more pleased.

What a great company, got a response within minutes and when I had a problem with the e-mail address for the contractor, they contacted him and then I received an immediate response. Unlike other companies, they were there when I needed and wanted them to be with great suggestions, help and great people to refer.

Good and quick work.

The overall job was nicely completed by someone you recommended. Unfortunately, the rest of the contractors you recommended were in my opinion more into "cheap quick fixes" rather than solving a serious problem.

Tom explained the entire process in detail and was very patient with me by explaining everything that was being done. They were very accommodating in adjusting to the change orders I was making along the way. I was adding additional time and materials to the items that had to be done.

Your review is misleading-from 1 to multiple questions and much too long

Ricky was very prompt with an appointment and he followed up on everything he promised. He was very through and fully explained what he was going to do and why it needed to be done. I will hire him again.

It took me lots of time to find a contractor, but it was worth the work as Thomas William was more than I'd hoped for. You can hire him with confidence.

I tried to discern my best options by comparing websites. What a headache!

But when I tried this entry from Google, my options were narrowed, and I quickly received phone calls to speak with folks about their services.

Very professional work crew

He was professional, gave good advice, overhauled the broken blind, and only took an hour. Well worth the price. So much better than taking it down ourselves, hauling it into town, picking it up, and rehanging it. It's never had been done quite right before. Now it works perfectly. We also appreciated his communication with us regarding scheduling, and his advice on the matching blind.

Rick and Anthony arrived on time and cleaned up daily. They did many different jobs and know many trades. They are professional, while still being personable They are a pleasure to have in your home.
I will absolutely hire them again!

I was very pleased with the company I found. It couldn't have been faster or easier.

Purchased a Samsung dishwasher and gas range as replacement for old ones. The dishwasher being replaced was a GE and the Samsung was an upgrade which taller than the GE. Installer had to remove floor tiles to make it fit. He replaced a hose under the kitchen sink, and there is not a lot of room there; it took a lot of patience and persistence to get things to fit right. End result was an excellent job.

This is a highly professional company with very reasonable pricing and outstanding installation. Without reservation, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. By the way, my home was hit by lightning a few weeks ago. The strike actually punctured a natural gas line in my attic which could have ignited the entire house while my wife and I were asleep--we were lucky. Since I did not want to trust luck again, I researched the best company that I could find, and this company was my selection.
