One of the items was incorrect. I contacted customer service via e-mail and they replied that they are sending the correct item. It was sent on August 11 and due to arrive on Aug 15.

Package was lost at postal facility but customer service was excellent about replacing it in a timely manner. The actual product (kn95 masks) was junk however. Arrived with several of them with unattached ear loops and others broke as they were tried on. Customer service 10/10. Product 1/10.
