Absolute disgrace - Missed deadlines and zero integrity
I hired this service specifically because they promised a deadline of January 2nd for my Apostille. They completely failed to deliver on time, only sending the documents on January 5th. This delay almost jeopardized my entire business setup abroad and cost me significant time and money.
When I confronted them about their failure to respect the agreed deadline, they refused to issue a refund. They are liars who do not value their clients' time. A professional business keeps its word; these people only care about taking your money. If you have a tight deadline, DO NOT trust them. They will let you down and then hide behind their terms and conditions to avoid refunding you. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy."

Thank you for your message, and please accept our apologies that your experience did not fully meet your expectations.
We received your order around midday on 31st December, which was a half working day for our office, and the FCDO was not accepting any documents that day. In addition, 1st January was a Bank Holiday, meaning it was not a working day. As stated on our website, our 48-hour processing time begins from the first full working day after receipt of the order, which in your case was Friday.
Your order was therefore reviewed on Friday, and we completed the process on Monday morning, sending the completed document to you at 13:41, in line with your request to receive it before 2:00 PM so you could pass it to your translator.
We did our best to meet the urgent deadline you set, and your document was delivered within the advertised 48-hour processing timeframe as well as before the specific cut-off time you requested.
We understand how important timing can be in these matters and appreciate your feedback.
