Very rarely leave reviews, but this company is a complete joke and I have no idea how they are still allowed to operate. Genuinely impossible to speak to anyone over the phone and even when they do answer after continuous tries they're unable to help in anyway. Been waiting nearly a year and still there has been no result as of yet! If you enjoy getting scammed this is the company for you. AVOID!!

1st central law are absolutely useless if you have a crash and they offer their services you’d be better off getting a degree yourself it would probably be quicker and more successful, nothing but time wasters avoid where possible it will only lead to disappointment

Terrible company. Made a personal injury claim march 2021. Still wasn't finalised in dec 2022 after numerous phone calls and emails. They havent fought my corner at all, have settled on a low figure and are now billing me as they forgot id had an interim payment. I will be contacting the onbudsman.

I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. Absolutely pathetic service. They will ignore you, fob you off and then just not respond. It took 4 weeks just to pass over a medical report for signing. 2 weeks after signing it, not heard a thing. It's been over a year since the claim was made. I actually hate this company for their contempt of the customers. Pay extra and use someone like Admiral Law. That how I know this is so bad having had good service in the past. There is no live chat and you can't call them. Don't use them, they do not give a damn. When I raised a compliant they pretended not to see it. Awful all round. Toxic experience. AVOID!

Nearly a year on from my Car accident, still waiting for a settlement. They do NOT put up a fight for you. They advised me that My car seat and pushchair would be replaced as I couldn't access the boot after it had been written off, now to be told I can't prove the pushchair was in the car which is hilarious because you arranged for the car to be collected and even the people who officially wrote it off said about the pram in the boot. You DONT get a response within 2 working days maybe 2 working months or NO response at all. You cannot actually speak to anyone over the phone. I will NEVER use this company again. I just want my settlement and be done with this incompetent company

Avoid Avoid!
Put in a claim since November 2021, they will do anything to avoid a phone call, they read your messages on the portal and never response.

absolute joke of a company!
i had an accident in july and put in a whiplash claim several days later. i have been ringing up every single week since to find out what’s happening with my claim & i get put through to a voice mail at claims team I, and i’ve heard NOTHIN, no update, no response, not a single person from that company has contacted me!!!!!!! they are a laughing stock!!! anybody who is thinking of going with these. please do not!!!!!

Absolute disgrace a year after my accident I’m still waiting to settle been to every appointment they sent me too.
Tried to ring claim team B and not even the receptionist who’s in the same building as them can get through
I would avoid this company at all cost

Very poor experience so far. No one replies on portal, you can and told someone will call you back it never happens. Feels like I am continously chasing them with no joy. The guys answering the phones are great and helpful but there hands are tied with what they can do to help. Claims team C your very poor

Doesn’t give the option for zero stars so had to give one. Had an accident nearly a month ago due to no fault of my own and still haven’t received any help to make a personal injury claim and loss of earnings. They was quick to come and collect my car but still haven’t paid for the total loss. It’s 2022 and they still think it’s acceptable to send cheques to pay for things. Have called every day since and never once spoken to the same person and whatever you tell them they will write something different so it always goes against you. The reviews speak for themselves and I’d avoid this company at all costs. Zero customer service skills and no consideration for there customers whatsoever. Con artists is best at what they do, nothing else. But if you owe them money all of a sudden they want to speak to you. Pretty shocking that companies like this are allowed to exist in this day and age

Went with 1st central as was insured with them so thought it would be best thing to do to handle my injury claim.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.
Terrible commutation, never felt they were on my side and required constant chasing, and will do everything to avoid a phone call with you.
After eventually agreeing a fee to settle, funds were not in my account in the stated time frame had to chase, 5 days later after being told I would get a call back, I magically see the funds in my account, no apology or phone call. you have options don't let 1st central be one of them

Not even a call to discuss my claim, 10 months on I’m still getting nowhere

1st Central Law have incorrectly filed a CCJ against my company, It appears they were too lazy and incompetent to check the details fully, instead they went for the easy option of heading to companies house and selecting the first company with a similar name.
Thankfully, I subscribe to Experian.
Experian quickly emailed me to advise of the CCJ against my company. I’ve since spent many hours on the phone trying to sort this out, Firstly with the county court serving the CCJ and then with 1st Central Law.
1st Central assured me of compensation for their incompetence, Now they’re denying that.

I’d very much avoid this company if you’re looking for legal support in a claim, clearly they don’t know their backsides from their elbow !
