Highly recommended 1st Glass
Highly recommended 1st Glass. Only had a composite door fitted, but from the initial call to the installation was excellent. Shout out for Stuart and Dan who did the install. They were excellent, knowledgeable and overcame a couple small issues with my doorway without fuss.

I had an outstanding experience with 1st Glass from start to finish. The whole team was attentive, helpful and incredibly patient - especially with me changing my mind about the front door design more times than I can count!
Chris and Anthony carried out the installation and were fantastic throughout: professional, friendly and very informative. Their workmanship was excellent, and they made the whole process smooth and stress free.
I am absolutely delighted with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 1st Glass to anyone looking for quality products and great customer service.

I had French Doors and a new back door…
I had French Doors and a new back door fitted by Chris and Anthony. They did a first class job, nothing was too much trouble for them. From the sales team to the surveyor to the fitter’s everything was brilliant. I will definitely recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future.

14 windows including a bay window.
Although the install was a week later, gary and reece turned up on the day specified. They worked clean and tidy putting dust sheets on the floor to protect the carpet. Both fitters were polite and have done amazing job on my windows. I had 14 windows fitted including a bay window, also with a new roof on the bay window fitted by Paul. All in all at the moment I'm very happy with the windows provide(just been a couple of days since installed). Beading around the inside of the windows are very neat and tidy, windows look great. Would definitely recommend to others.

Exceptional Fitters
The quality of the windows and doors is very good, however the stars of the show were the fitters Ivan and Shaun.
Exceptionally polite, clean, efficient and hard working. Even my wife was happy with them which is an achievement on its own!

A company that cares
From start to finish every member of staff were brilliant & helpful! Sales guy Mo lovely & advised us which windows needed replacing. Even when I phoned a couple of weeks later after putting the order in to ask if 2 small open windows could be added to 2 windows, not a problem! nothing was too much trouble!
Had windows & doors fitted yesterday Adil & Junaid worked non stop (I managed to get them to have a couple
of cups of tea!!!) They put sheets down to protect the floor, cleaned up after they had finished Inside & outside!
We are really pleased with the windows & doors they look great & already we can feel the benefit the rooms are warmer!!!!
I would definitley recommend 1stglass to anyone thinking of having windows or doors replaced! You will get looked after from start to finish by staff who care about their customers.

When the worst thing I can say is he is a Huddersfield Town fan
The office based team kept me in the loop and where happy to answer any queries I had both within the 14 day “cool-down” ( money back) period and pre install.
The pre install “engineer was on time and undertook his measurements etc without me missing a line of “salvage hunters”.
Despite one being DOGged by being a Huddersfield town fan and the other having an infatuation of men in shorts playing with odd shaped balls, both Ryce and Gary of The install team were surprisingly articulate.
They were courteous and good natured from arrival to clean up.
They consulted with me from the start regarding my convenience in the order they fitted windows down to the type of trim to finish the job. They answered my “ how’s , “what’s” and “why’s” fully and informatively, no matter how tedious that must have been.
I was working from home at the time and felt they showed awareness of this and made adjustments to avoid any conflict of work spaces without asking.
Without blowing the proverbial smoke , I even love my door knocker.
Thank you gentlemen for an almost enjoyable afternoon.

Lovely windows
Gary and Reece installed my windows and they were courteous, tidy and patient. I'm really happy with their work.
I removed a star because the process of booking the work was arduous. There was very little communication or written confirmation which at times felt worrying (had I just given money to strangers) and tiring (I felt like I had to chase). At one point I made a phone call and somebody answered and asked me where I got the number from, so again, that made me feel nervous. It all worked out in the end and I got lovely windows and my FENSA certificate. It just felt a bit dodgy at one point, that's all.

EXCEPTIONAL COMPANY

Fabulous company to work with
I had First Glass back out to replace the windows and door on my back porch. Paul and Dan were fab and did such a great job. They were also very careful of my prized roses that are directly under the windows they were replacing so I am very appreciative of that. They left everything spotless and tidied away all the old frames and doors. Thrilled!
I do have a couple more jobs id like doing and wouldn't approach anyone else other than 1st glass for any window or doors in future.
