I have just had both my kitchen windows replaced with 1st glass and they look amazing the crew that came were polite and helpful and made sure they didn’t cause me too much hassle we wanted a sash effect and initially showed the salesman a picture of what we wanted and I will say I’m happy with the results the guys who came Ivan and shaun had another guy with them but can’t remember his name ( sorry) we’re brilliant they made sure everything was covered and cleaned up well afterwards so can’t fault them

Great service from start to end!
Great service from start to end, clear communication, expectations and they were even able to install ahead of schedule as this worked for both of us! Prompt service from the installers, arrived on schedule, was extremely polite, cleaned during and after the install. Took the time to explain the door, gave us chance to check everything out to ensure we were happy before they left. Would 100% recommend. Adil & Junaid were fantastic!

Another Fantastic Experience with 1st Glass
This is my second time using 1st Glass, and once again, I was very impressed with their service. From start to finish, the team were professional, helpful, and provided clear information on the products and specifications available.
They kept me well informed throughout the process, right up to the installation date. On the day, the fitters, Adil and Junaid, called an hour before arrival and arrived exactly as scheduled. They took the time to explain the work to be carried out and confirmed which units would be replaced and installed.
Before starting, they carefully covered carpets and beds with dust sheets to minimise any mess. Once the installation was complete, they thoroughly cleaned the area and removed all waste, including taking away the old windows for recycling.
I’m extremely pleased with both the end result and the overall experience with 1st Glass. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Very satisfied from beginning to end.
From the initial consultation and quote with Josh, to the final installation with Lee, and all of the contact in between, I am very satisfied with the service provided. All members of staff were very friendly, reliable, punctual, respectful and very professional at all times.
They went above and beyond and installed my cat flap for me as requested, and kept me updated frequently during the process.
The only negatives I experienced was the length of time from the initial quote consultation, to the day of installation, but I understand that as a small business, with a good reputation, they are obviously in demand, also, I was informed that photo images were due to be sent to me, however, there was a technical issue on the day, so I never received the images prior to installation, but again, I am aware that technical issues can arise in any company.
It didn't detract from my overall experience and the quality of the final product being installed.
