2 weeks to deliver items after multi emails and having to paypal involved. have use company in past but will never use this company again

Save your money and avoid. Claims to be a family run business selling children’s products, more like a business stealing peoples money. Requested a refund from owner Ray over a month ago now after being told the product was out of stock. Ray kept emailing saying the refund was getting processed via PayPal. After trying to contact Ray a number of times he then called up with ‘Derek’ from PayPal who magically was on the other end of the phone. They both stated that
if the refund doesn’t come through to contact my bank myself. After contacting PayPal myself, they have confirmed they would never issue a refund unless a purchase was made via PayPal its self (my payment was made via credit card).

Save yourself the stress and put your money in a trusted company.

Very pushy team insisting I only pay via bank transfer, if that doesn’t scream scam I don’t know what does!!

Told out of stock of my products and offered alternatives. I asked for a refund. When sent proof of the refund it was sent to another bank account. I queried this and they asked me to phone a mobile number where they explained it was refunded via PayPal (which I do not own), will go into the wrong bank account and then find it’s way into my own. Hung up and reported it through my bank. Looking at the positive reviews on here, they have all been written by company employees/ guy who runs the scam. Emails are always in very broken and poor English which can be seen in the reviews. Also noticed the name attached to the document ‘evidencing my refund’ is the same name as one of the 5 star reviews.

I placed an order a week ago and I received an email that the products are sold out. Ray the business owner asked me to check his website for substitutes. I wasted my time searching for substitutes and got to know those substitutes are sold out too. I did this 3 times and each time Ray said they are sold out and tried to push his products. I had asked him to refund my order, he kept saying he is busy and will get back to me and now he is not avoiding my calls. I am planning to call the bank or settle this legally. I am a reputed eBay seller and buy from wholesalers regularly. I have never had such horrible experience with any wholesalers. Avoid this fraudster.

Avoid this company at all costs. They took money they shouldn't have from my card and refused to refund it!! Had to contact my bank for a back charge to get my money back. Terrible service, customer service and help themselves to your money!!
