ANOTHER LOUSY NY COMPANY THAT ONLY CARES ABOUT $$$ - NOT CUSTOMERS.

Placed an order for 1 Sunbeam electric range. (Needed by Christmas in new studio)
Once "BUY" button was clicked online, here's what showed up on order confirmation page.
This is a special order item and cannot be cancelled nor returnable once the item is allocated. Est. arrival is 2-4 weeks (subject to availability). You will be contacted via email with a status on the item within 3 Business Days.
December 22nd 2008
A few days before Christmas we called for status of order and was told it was shipped.
January 2nd 2009
We called 1stopcamera.com for status and was told this order was cancelled because they could not locate this stove. We waited a full month to get screwed over by another lousy NY company !

WHY DIDN'T 1STOPCAMERA.COM CONTACT US AND LET US KNOW THIS ?
