Everything was OK, until my flight booked via 1stQuest was canceled. I don't know who's fault it is, but it was a real problem for me

Slow and late response, took five days to respond after the hotel was completely booked, then they changed our hotel but missed the number of guests, and forced us to pay more when we arrived although it was the same room we agreed upon (a suite for 4 people)!

1stQuest was very efficient in securing me hotels and a tour guide. Their tour guide Mohsen was extremely kind, knowledgeable and proficient in the English language. Sorour is very kind and responsive and helped me tailor my trip even though I had to make several unexpected changes. They also take MasterCard and VISA payments, ideal for westerners travelling to Iran. Highly recommend them.

Booking request submitted the 9th of February:
No answer for weeks.
Then I contacted them and I received the answer to wait; this happened several times, regularly.
I finally cancelled my booking attempt the 28th of April (time to fly to Iran).
Very frustrating experience and issues to find another hotel by myself at last moment.

I contacted them because apparently the refund was only 80%.
They promised to proceed to a full refund.

Update.
Accommodations through 1stQuest have been very satisfying during my trip in Iran.
Finally I obtained the full refund for the booking about I had problems with 1stQuest.

1stQuest can provide good service, however I think that their advertising is misleading; what they promise is not clear, especially in case of troubles.
Customer service is very polite, however it would be better to avoid to have problems and to have need for support.
So if you want to use 1stQuest services my suggestion is to check with them several times the status of your requests and the REAL conditions of the contract with them.

It is not acceptable money withdrawing from a credit card before that booking process is successful. Especially from a website based in UK.
I suggest 1stQuest to revise their working process: clear advertising, clear conditions, clear management. Service provided and customer satisfaction should be their best advertising, not illusory or misleading sentences.
