terrible customer service - where is my watch?
2000watches.com had THE worst customer service I have ever encountered, and I order online frequently. I ordered a watch on oct 8. Since then, I sent 3 emails asking for my order status, which they have not answered. Now it is Oct 22, 14 days later. Still no word from 2000watches.com. I will never order another product from 2000watches.com, which is in malaysia. After my problems with them began, I checked watch forums and discovered that others had customer service problems with 2000watches.com. It will be 2000 years before I stop telling everyone I know that this company is a ripoff.
