Reason to believe they sell your contact information to telephone scammers
I made a second purchase with this website, after the first one went smoothly without any problems.
I don't really have any complaints about the second transaction itself. To deliver the second purchase (after payment), they required a ridicilous amount of ID verification (passport, selfie with passport, picture of bank card and picture of payment proof).
I simply declined and they promised me a refund, which they neatly delivered within the promised timeframe (5 hours).
But: starting 1 day after, I have been receiving strange phone calls from Cambodia (I live in Western Europe). They let it ring once and then hang up, probably hoping to call back at high call rates. Blocking the number will simply have a different (similar) number call you again.
When I got the refund, I noticed that the seller is located in Eastern Asia. I don't have ANY business or contacts there. From this, I concluded that this can be the only way of how this started.
I don't have any proof for this and I am very sorry if this is a false accusation. But, in this case, everything points in the direction of this company.
