Ordered a samsung galaxy s22 via refurbed from them. The description said 5g and dual sim. The phone i got has neither. Very disappointed

CROOKS. Do not buy from here as they sell ILLEGAL STOLEN phones. They sold me a phone through Refurbed. fi (they are one of the stockists that provide for this company) They sold me a stolen phone that Samsung has now fully locked as the phone was taken from one of their stores and is used for training and advocacy. The phone was sold to Online phones 24 and they didn't check its authenticity, they also overcharged me and gave me the wrong colour.
I am now ONLY dealing with Refurbed to help me get my full refund whom are legitimate and trusted on trust pilot as they wanted written confirmation from Samsung and wouldn't accept an email.
Finnish people beware this online phones 24 store is a scam!

I have to say that I’ve had a totally different experience with this company from the other reviewers. I bought an iPhone 16 Pro 128GB on Refurbed, sold by Online-Phones 24.
DHL Shipping was 2 days late, although I didn’t really mind as it wasn’t an urgent purchase. What I did find weird was that such an expensive item didn’t require a signature on delivery, they just quickly handed me the parcel and left… Thankfully, though, nothing happened this time…

Nonetheless, I was pleasantly surprised by the phone: It came thoroughly packed and it was actually in perfect condition with no scratches or cracks whatsoever, not on the screen or the back (I requested Premium quality so makes sense). But in addition to that, even this phone’s battery is at 100% health with only 2 Cycle Counts (and it’s recognized as a genuine Apple battery)!! Basically this phone is brand new and I paid €850 for it (thanks to a discount on Refurbed’s site on Apple devices) instead of €1000+.

Not sure if I just got extremely lucky, or if it’s too soon to judge this phone, but just based off of my experience alone I’d have to recommend this seller..!

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro in July 2024 through Refurbed, sold by Online-Phones 24 GmbH. The device had severe technical issues from day one (constant rebooting, now won’t turn on at all). I used the 12-month warranty several times, but the repairs were never effective. The problem worsened over time.

Despite this, the seller refuses to issue a refund, in direct violation of the EU Consumer Directive and Italian law. Refurbed, as a platform, failed to take real responsibility, leaving me with a non-functional phone and evasive replies.

This is unacceptable from a company claiming to promote sustainability and customer satisfaction. Online-Phones 24 GmbH publicly claims to offer “technically perfect devices” and “excellent customer service” — these promises were clearly not fulfilled.

I have filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC Italy) and will take further action if necessary.

Extremely untrustworthy seller – unresolved defect, no refund, no accountability

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro from this seller via a well-known online marketplace. The phone showed serious technical defects from the start. I used the warranty several times, but each repair failed to solve the problem. Eventually, the phone stopped working entirely.

An official diagnosis from an Apple Authorized Service Provider confirmed a major fault in the logic board. Despite this, the seller refused a full refund and offered no meaningful resolution — only a vague invitation to return the device, with no guarantee of outcome and threats of additional costs if they rejected the claim.

After nearly a year of failed repairs and delays, I issued a formal complaint. The seller simply repeated the same unhelpful response and denied responsibility. They were also hard to identify and contact: they appear under different names depending on the platform, making the whole process even more confusing and opaque.

I have now submitted a formal complaint through the European Consumer Centre and reported the seller to national authorities for unfair business practices.

Unfortunately, my experience is not isolated: many reviews here describe the same issues — faulty products, denied refunds, repeated excuses, and a lack of transparency. Based on this, I strongly advise avoiding this seller altogeher.

Bought an iPad air via refurbed and when I got it it was not able to charge and had to return it, the whole process of repayment took a long time. They were willing to send me some type of headphones if I kept the iPad and didn’t ask for a repayment… lol.
Customer service was slow and didn’t reply according to my questions.
Avoid this company at all costs as they do not sell working products..

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro eSIM/nano-sim (through Refurbed), but I received a dual nano-sim model. Some googling reveals that’s the Chinese version. I contacted costumer service, but they first totally ignored the problem (‘you ordered eSIM/nano-sim, your provider can help you with esim’), and after repeating my message, I got some standard response as if the phone had a defect (‘ We are sorry that the device delivered to you is now causing problems. Before delivery, we test every device thoroughly and create a test report.’) and then asked for photos of the front and back of the phone. When I responded they made me feel like they didn’t read my messages and enquired how pics of the front and back of the phone are going to help, I got a rude response. All in all I don’t recommend this business if you need eSIM, because it seems like they’re not even aware they’re sending out non-eSIM models. And the customer service is rude and incompetent. However, I will say the phone seems completely new and even came with 3 months Apple TV+, which I thought only came with new phones.

Rubbish. Bought an iPhone from ONLINE PHONES 24 on refurbed.de. They sell products for hundreds of euros that are put back together really badly and fell apart shortly after the purchase. The seller shows no intention to help with repairs and has always an excuse why the guarantee cannot be applied. Threw out 500+ euros from the windows by purchasing an iPhone here. Prior to this, I always had new original iPhones and never had any issues / malfunctions with them. Never again here.

Update: Although costumer service is good and the colleagues are doing their best to regain costumer satisfaction (after a negative review), it does not change the fact that products are rubbish.

Scammers dont buy from them selling chinese fake phones I bought samsung S24 ultra was fake lucky I bought from refurbed.ie so contact them than I got my refund back otherwise get nothing from these scamers avoid this company!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this company. After purchasing a phone through refurbed.nl, it arrived with a defective battery. I sent the phone back for a replacement, but the battery that was installed either does not meet Apple standards or was improperly installed. Additionally, after the repair, the SIM card slot constantly indicates a defect, a problem that didn’t exist before.

The level of service has been appalling. Communication has been slow, unhelpful, and lacking in any real resolution. Despite multiple contacts, the issue persists, and I have had to take time off work and incur extra costs to deal with this situation.

Given the repeated issues, poor service, and failure to meet warranty conditions, I will be pursuing legal action to resolve this matter. If anyone else has experienced similar problems with this company, I urge you to contact me so that we can include your case in the legal process.

I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs if you want reliable service and products that meet quality standards.

This is an absolute fraud company... the phones they sell is of low or no quality and broken in before they ship them

I ordered an iPhone 12 through refurbed.ie and got it and was told that this company supplied the phone, the screen wasn’t attached to the frame properly so I emailed them and they sent me a return label, I put it back in the exact same packaging and box and air bag protection that I recieved it in. Two weeks go by and they have just sent me an email saying there is a crack so it voided their warranty even though I sent it back in the same packing I got it in and they are saying I have to pay 230€ to get it fixed or 50€ for them to send it back damaged. For all I know they could have damaged it themselves. Very slow replies and email only. I’ve contacted them, refurbed.ie and an post and am waiting for a reply. I should never have ordered from refurbed, didn’t know they would have used this supplier as they don’t say it anywhere on their website.

On the 1. Of December I bought an IPhone 11 from Refurbed.at with extra insurance.
After unpacking I noticed something weird. I couldn’t set up the phone myself. It was already set up… I then put the phone back to factory mode myself. But noticed when I downloaded GarageBand some things weren’t going smoothly.
The 6th day I dropped my phone… and of course it broke. Lucky me.
I called and they told me to fill out a form online and not to worry.
I told them I dropped it plus it wasn’t working properly.
I got back per email I was not insured the first 20 days although I bought full coverage… and the the software problem was on the warranty, Not the extra payed for insurance so I had to contact the company where the phone actually came from. Online-phones 24
I called refurbed with the news I got per email. They said, don’t worry. Just fill in a new form after the 20 days and we will cover.
Unfortunately, not true. I filled in a new form and the answer came back that It cannot be, cause I already filed at day 6. And they won’t cover….
I called again. And the girl on the phone said again; Not to worry, it will get sorted out. I am insured, cause I bought recurved plus coverage…
After waiting long for a reply I got an email that I am not insured….
On top of that, the warranty also won’t cover the problems with the software. Cause I dropped it….
I am stuck with a broken phone. That did not work from the beginning. @online-phones24 won’t cover and @refurbed wont cover.
650 euros down the fkn drain…
What a great day for the people who sold me a broken phone.
