Website Error Fixed!

I worked with 24x7wpsupport after having some issues with an error window pop up on my website. I was unable to fix the problem which was popping up off and on for about a year. After working with 24x7wpsupport, they not only fixed the problem but followed up with me, made sure I was satisfied with their work, and all within less than 24 hours. I'm so grateful for their support and expertise. Thank you 24x7wpsupport!

Good service in a timely manner

I was nervous at first about working with a third party to fix my website. However, Austin put me at ease with talking me through the whole process. The printout tickets and other confirmations were sent right away. Austin was patient when my Bluehost was not working causing a problem with the repair work. I highly recommend 24.7i WP Support.

BUYER BEWARE! Extortion alert!

If I could give a -5 stars, I would. BUYER BEWARE! I wish I would have read reviews before I utilized this company's services. My website crashed, and I clicked on the host's customer support option and was redirected to this company, thinking it was WordPress. They fixed it for a hefty fee. Two days later, my site crashed again, so I requested my money back because they wanted another fee to fix it or subscribe to their $ 600-a-year plan. I did get my money back, but immediately after receiving my refund, MY WEBSITE AND WORDPRESS ACCOUNT WAS DELETED! There was also an IP address added to my domain account. I reached out to this company and was told they have backup files for my website and, for a fee, can reinstate my website. CAN ANYONE SAY EXTORTION?!?!
