The defense & shot algorithm is TRASH! Plain and simple. This game makes 2k18 look amazing. When attributes actually mattered. Now they got it to where someone can have less attributes/badges as you and they do just as good if not better. & don’t even let me get started on the height. It’s a joke, just because someone makes their player 7’3 does not give them all the strength in the world. They are not thanos. Like how can a 7’3 with a 80 strength back down a 7’0 with 91 strength. It don’t add up. Literally makes some if not all of the badges are worthless. Definitely not worth my investment anymore.

They broke Civ 5 by updating launcher possibly to force you buy their new games.

Prices are insane in turkey, they increased the prices 500x times, I waited for a sale when prices were normal but now is more expensive than in US, piratery is our only option, very greedy corporation.

Horrible support, and no loyalty to customers who have pre orderd over 10 years.

Worst experience dealing with support. Back and forth for over a week dealing with different people each time and in the end couldn't even resolve their issue. So they're like "We've tried all methods of troubleshooting so we're marking the ticket solved"
Yeah, okay. Don't support companies that don't care for their consumers, like take two, 2k and rockstar.

Ps5 decided to rebuild its database and I lost all my progress on both my 99 overall builds on my career on 2k25. Spent over £400 on this game and was stressing that both builds had disappeared. Tried everything in my power to get these back but was unable to. Susan from 2k customer support provided excellent service and responded instantly to my support ticket. Within 2 hours I was back on the game with both builds as if nothing had happened. Very impressed and satisfied as a regular customer of 2k.

Only game I lose at ever. I spend countless hours to get good spend thousands to make players I learned all the dribble and special moves in the game. I swear I will be in their face contesting everytime should be a block and goes right in. When I play I'll dribble out the way of them and shoot a beautiful shot that should be green and they contest it across the court. I have never been so frustrated playing a game in my life. Also I press or try to go one way and my character goes and does something else. My ai team runs away from the other person when they get the ball while they just sit there and wait for the ai to block everything. My guys are never as strong as the other teams never as as fast sometimes I dribble and my guy just stands there and gets stripped. It's so fake. Then on top of that every single person wants to rub it in your face and make you feel worthless because they win a game that won't let me win to save my life. I feel like sueing 2k for how annoying it is that I just get crap for all the money and effort I put in. I go to Fortnite and just run through people. Your game makes no sense. I really hope 2k 25 is better I accidentally preorder it because you have it pop up every damn time I'm playing and I press a to go to career mode and your stupid buy this 200 dollar version of the same game you have been playing. I end up being just mad and nothing to do about it. I have never had these issue with any other game I have ever played. I really hope NBA live comes out with a realistic game. Sometimes my character runs up and puts their hands down when the guy shoots or just won't put the hands up. I'll be on them inch for inch as they zig zag back and forth know they are going for a fade back mid range shot jump before they shoot and it will still say wide open. I will do it and it will just throw off my shot with a shadow block and say it's contested as they lazily can't keep up.. then the free throws I will fill up the bar everytime and it will say 67 to 92 or not whatever and is will go in maybe 50percent of the time if I'm lucky other players just goes I'm time after time. No way they have better timing than me just 2k fake system. Don't even get me started on how greedy they are. For reel you are the most greedy company I have ever spend money at to try to make it fair and it's anything but fair. You have a monopoly on basketball it should be illegal. When will someone make a better basketball game please!! These players are ruthless and most of them probably only go on 2k to bully other people where they have a platform to abuse other people who are nice and want to play on a team game to work together. Nope 2k you get people who won't pass the pass unless you be the center get all the rebounds and pass them the ball so they can put up threes while they are guarded by two or three people dribbling around making so every one else has to play like them so now the whole community is ball hogs playing as the most toxic community of people I have ever experienced in my life who probably shouldn't be winning. Wow 2k you don't even have customer service. Just hides and robs everyone with insane jacked up prices so only rich people or people who have to spend all their entertainment money on to make one skin. One guy who can only get as good as mediocre guys in the NBA . Spending over 100$ just to play a rec game not even like a normal game just red in the YMCA your in about 250 for one year plus the 1000 for the system then the subscription. Then your guy just doesn't cut it you get in and the other team is always filled with guys who are more organized and have higher ratings and purple and gold while your team is filled with casuals or bronze who just screw the game up and yell at you as soon as you miss a ball and by the way don't get the ball until each person has shot and probably missed about five shots. While the other team is just draining threes steal and getting fastbreak after fast break and blocking the dumb people who run in and lay up while everyone is screaming at them telling them not to.so it's impossible to win no matter how good you are and if you try to save another team member you will have to lose that real quick because they probably just don't care and then you end up wasting all your energy trying to guard two or three people while they scream for the ball and put up terrible looking shots hoping you miss and passing it at the wrong time as to throw my timing off and make it even harder because they already missed shot making your shots even harder to make while the other team is hot right off the bat and continue to snowball at a rate of losing at least three to one when I have more experience than 99 percent of there player with video games. 2k your game is twisted and sure there are plenty more things I could write about as every game mode has it own bullsh.t making it impossible for a person like me to win at a rate equal to effort or have a fair game.

Dear 2k founders, I really like playing a game called WWE 2k23, which I know was last years game but I wanted to tell you all about my experience today and all my other experiences recently. I do want to very quickly point out that I know that this game is quite overrated and for some underrated, but still despite it being last years game, people still play it on a daily basis and they still want to play matches so maybe we can negotiate and make playing annoying video games more fun. Anyways, let me tell you about my experience right here today finished about 10 minutes ago, I was playing for about near to 1hr if not more, and I was playing several matches on and off and more. My issues include, matches crashing and going to AI for absolutely NO REASON, Not being able to access a lobby, because, I'm sorry, the WWE 2K servers (you guys) can't get me into it, going into a lobby AVAILABLE with not full yet but your stuck in there for about 10 or 15 minutes not being able to do literally anything, having a minimized time to pick your character, you know, I guess it makes sense because people take about 15 years picking ones and parts of the 'AI Problem' Using Resiliency after not being able to kickout and it crashes, Irish Whipping crashes the lobby, big shocker and here's something, being outside the ring and standing still for about 5 seconds, I NEVER KNEW THERE WAS A TIME LIMIT FOR HOW LONG YOU CAN STAND THERE FOR ,I don't get any reversals for strikes or when I go for the first move, my opponent's one connects first like kinda unbelievable and finally lagging, I am sorry, the referee has to wait for the 3 count and you have 3 attempts to kick out, but sometimes you only get 1 or 2. All of this 2K is what happened to me for the past hour. Do you know how I feel currently, drained and exhausted. This happens possibly nearly every single time I end of the game and when I go on my reaction is"I am quite excited" to not reallu and even people near me have to take the game away from me before I freak and get even more fed up and stressed. That was just today, pretty much all of this is what happens to me, possibly every single time I play this game. As I said at the beginning, this is last years game I know. I am sorry if you think this is frustrating news and my tonality is quite rude, but you need to here this from each other's perspectives because I have played WWE 2K24 and still, not always great experiences, but this is just 2k23 we are focusing on, ok? I don't want to feel angry, shouting at the screen, drained, sad, exhausted or wanting to kick it. I feel 2 is quite a generous rating even after everything I have just mentioned to you. I know I have been banging on for a while but I just want this to be a fun environment, even for rude people on the game (Not your fault that one), everyone should be able to be playing the matches for fun, not in anger. Thank you for reading this and not being rude, but I would like some changes done in this game please. Also, people do spend £50 and more include 2K23 AND 2k24 so they want their money and value to be worth every single penny.

Worst company i’ve ever witnessed. Money grabbing greedy sports video game company that takes advantage of their player base which highly consists of younger people. Doesn’t listen to anything the player base wants and has made the game worse almost every year. I never write reviews but this must be written to further prevent such a terrible company from being built like this again. Stay Safe.

WWE2K targets people that actually make the game better (WhatsTheStatus) instead of prioritizing game breaking bugs or cleaning up predators on CC. You prioritise removing all his uploads. Nah lets not fix the broken universe, or fix any bugs or remove porn from our game. Lets remove the uploads of a guy you actually put the effort to make the game more fun. 2K coming for Status while enabling predators to post explicit content that children can easily access. What would the parents think if they knew this was the kind of thing their children could find on the game?

Logins don’t work. Customer support is worthless. Website says all servers are up, yet nothing works.

So I was playing the rec in 2k24 and it kicked me out and I was having a great game and I try to load back in the game and it hits me with a 30 min ban and it’s irritating because I always lag and I’m getting mad I love the game but I want to quit playing because of these bugs

You tell them an issue and then they send you off onto their website to look at walkthroughs of ways to fix an issue that you dont even have. I told them i was having an issue with downloading images on WWE, and they send me to a page about connection issues. I tell them im having issues with insufficient data, and they send me to a page about an error of downloading images when there are open spaces as theres an image limit, but the issue im having is needing MB to download an image even though I have 700 MB available, which ive told them multiple times. They dont care and they seem like robots just typing the same 7 responses to everyone, regardless off issues. Do better, even though you wont as its been this way forever. Definitely the worst customer support experience you can have and they will never do anything to fix it.

Their 2k support team are the most braindead, the most useless, the most worthless, the most laziest, the most incompetent, and the clueless individuals of ALL TIME. The dozens of times I’ve reached out to their 2k support team regarding any issues I’ve countered with my game the past months to several years, they’ve been the epitome of 0 help in resolving absolutely ANYTHING. Anytime I’m experiencing any issues with my game, I just take the fu*king L and not open any support tickets because I already know what their response is going to be “It’s out of our hands, nothing we can do unfortunately, sorry for the inconvenience” this is what they will tell you 99.9999999999% of the time anytime you reach out to their 2k support team regarding ANY and ALL issues you are having for whatever the case maybe. They’re essentially getting paid to do Jacksh*t behind their computer screen 365 days a year. And when they ACTUALLY do move a finger behind their computer screens to fix anything is when they see a large percentage of the player base exploiting a bug or glitch for free coins or rewards or whatever the case maybe, now it’s suddenly within their control and within their hands and suddenly their 2006 computers can finally do what they’re supposed to. Which shows they don’t help anyone which their support tickets intentionally and purposefully.

Will never forgive 2k games for destroying the GTA and RDR franchise with their greed. All they care about now is milking GTA online.

Sells broken games that constantly crash for no reason for an alarming number of players and then simply refuses to fix them and leaves with the money, on to the next scheme

All 2k games are cash grabs. They create games with just enough functionality to bait players into purchasing them, and when the players realize that the games are incomplete in nature, or lacking any interesting features, they offer no refunds
