Excellent job! I needed my printer to be reset following replacement of ink pads, so that I could use it again. Downloaded the exe file and after a few clicks it allows you to enter a key for the ink pads error. They even allowed me to use a free trial key. Within a minute and once the printer was turned back on, it was all working again like magic! Thank you so much
