Laptop was not working properly. Handed it in for repair and got it back in perfect working order three days later for a really reasonable price. I would recommend 3000rpm to anyone with IT problems.

I took in a Dell laptop which had a broken screen. The staff were friendly, professional, efficient and gave me a quote for the work. I was also warned that depending on the level of impact the laptop had received there might be further damage. I received both a phone call and an email within an hour to say that the screen had been replaced at the original quoted figure. The quality of the repair was excellent and I have not had any problems with the laptop since. I am very satisfied with both the service, cost and the quality of the work. Well done.

I put my laptop in as I was having trouble logging into an external driver. I was advised that my computer was remembering previous passwords in my keychain. I couldn't understand this as I never save passwords but because I'm not that computer savvy, I thought I'd have someone look at it. I was also told that safari could be the problem and to download chrome which I was unable to do. My laptop wasn't printing wirelessly from my printer and I had to return it to the shop which they arranged for a replacement after I said I wasn't willing to drop it off in Perth. I also asked them to wipe all Epson products from the mac so I can start set up afresh. Upon return to the shop, which was only a day when we were quoted two days so points for them there, they said that nothing was wrong with my keychain and they installed chrome. Fantastic! I asked about the clearing of Epson products to be met with a rather rude comment of "it wasn't written on the list" where he held up the piece of paper for me to read. I said I definitely asked for it as I was in the previous day with my printer. He said that all interactions are monitored and recorded to which I told him to go and listen back and he would hear me say it. He didn't. He said that if I wanted the work done, I would need to leave my computer for another day and pay an additional charge. I was already £25 for a check over of barely a year old mac and an install of chrome. The lack of communication between the employees is terrible and effects the customer. To top it off, they make out it's my fault. After being a loyal customer throughout my university days, I will not be back.

I put my desktop PC into 3000 rpm as it was running really slow. They fixed it and updated it to Windows 10 and also installed Bullguard anti virus . It is now working perfectly.

Good explanation of what it was I needed. Kept in touch at all times.

I have been to 3000rpm a few times now and every time they are very helpful, will give you there option for what is best, no matter the price. They keep you updated with where your order is as well which is great as I am always lost without my laptop
