Ashley has been amazing, not only does she have some great ideas and how to implement them she was so supportive in knowing it’s not something I’ve done wrong. I now have a 2 year old who sleeps to what I actually class as morning (past 6am) and a much happier mummy too so we can have more fun together. One bit of advice for any parent - is reach out / ask for advice and if you do I couldn’t more highly recommend Ashley!

Ashley is amazing! She changed our lives and I could not speak highly enough of her. Our 9 month old went from waking every 2 hours and would only sleep next to me, to independently sleeping through the night. She also massively helped us with his naps in the day and self-soothing. Ashley is completely amazing! I consulted her after having problems with my 1 year old waking early. Ashley was so understanding and really took the time to get to the bottom of what the problem was as well and what we hoped to achieve as well as looking at our routine as a whole. In my sleep deprived fog I couldn't see how to solve this problem but Ashley quickly identified the issues and offered a couple of solutions. Ashley was so kind and reassuring that she gave me the confidence to tackle this problem and we made a start on it straightaway that night. I'm pleased to report that my little one is now sleeping so much better and we are no longer starting our day at 4.30am! I would not hesitate to recommend Ashley to anyone having sleep issues.
Working with Ashley has been absolutely life changing! She has been so supportive and kind. I was a little worried about working on my little girl's sleep, but she gave us a plan with really gentle steps that suited us all- and most importantly worked within a few nights! And without her, we would never have uncovered my LO's dairy intolerance, for which I will be forever grateful. She has been so patient with all my questions, always at the end of the phone for support and guidance which was invaluable. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with her- we have gone from 20/30 min daytime naps, rocking to sleep and having to resettle our 8 month old every 45 mins through the night, to her having 2 good naps a day and a full 12 hours uninterrupted nighttime sleep, all of which we now pout her in her cot and she gets herself off to sleep happily. Honestly, I feel like a new woman, and we are all 100% happier getting a full night's sleep! I can't thank you enough Ashley x
We are very happy we found Ashley and gave us the right guidance to improve our little one's sleep. Our girl is now having longer naps in her cot and soothing herself before going to sleep. She even started to sleep throughout the night! Ashley's gentle approach has been perfect for us giving us the confidence to start this process. We can see our little one happier during the day even when she wakes up! Within a week we have seen such a great improvement in our girl's sleep.
Before we met Ashley, we accepted our toddler woke early each day, had short naps & woke during the middle of the night. We felt over time he would out grow this and it was a phase (but we were wrong)!
When we got in contact with Ashley, there was a sense of relief that someone could guide us during the sleep training process. There was too much information online whereas Ashley personalised our toddlers sleep to meet his individual needs.
During sleep training, Ashley was an amazing help and support! If I wasn’t sure or needed some advice about my toddler’s sleep she would be available to respond back. I felt reassured with Ashley and as the sleep training progressed we adapted things more to suit my toddler.
We are so glad we got in contact with Ashley. Her guidance and support enabled us to change the way our toddler sleeps both day and night. We are still making improvements however our toddler has made great progress since we met Ashley.
