Not at all what I think a program should be. To many glitches with the class online.

The test has nothing to do with rigging and signaling.

Mostly covered worksite safety. Barely touched on Rigging, and didn't mention anything at all about Signaling.

Learned absolutely nothing about rigging or signaling from this course. Not exactly sure how this would qualify anyone for these tasks

The course is a joke. It's not recognized as being competent upon completion.

I wouldn't know. The material was different than the title

I signed up 6 employees to take this "qualified rigger, signalman operator safety training" DO NOT PAY FOR THIS CLASS. I am unsure if the class video was mixed up with the title but this class had nothing to do with rigging or cranes or signalman. I made multiple attempts explaining this nicely and yet they just kept saying they can't offer a refund. The customer service agent didn't understand but then wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor just said someone would call me back next week. Instead I received an email with no explanation except they cannot issue a refund. I told them I was needing to speak to someone to explain but yet another email. What a shame. A completely useless class that my guys learned nothing about the topic just some things about electrical and then a picture how to tie a rope. The Better Business Bureau is my next step.
