Negligent scammer
Negligent. Led me on a legal strategy that had no prospect of success and which was recommended to me for the sole purpose of churning fees for himself and his barrister mate. Mispresented his service and the law and thought that I was too dumb to find out. Did not explain the law properly and every single piece of work he did was faulty and cost me to fix. He takes advantage of lay people who do not know any better. If the outcome is negative, the blames it on the "risk of litigation" or on the "judge's discretion". Those phrases are what bad lawyers use as excuse for giving neglectful advice - a good lawyer will assess the situation and choose what's best for the client. Judge's do not have unlimited discretion but have to follow guidelines. He did not explain the law or the judge's guidelines. Just cared about lining his own pocket with no concern about his clients. Hire him at your own risk..
