Poor packing causes products to damage
My first order had shipping problems and the outer box was a little damaged but the actual product was fine. But when I ordered the second time (Silhouette cutting mat and some blades) once again, the package was damaged. The blades were fine but the cutting mat got dents that can not be straightened which will affect the cutting quality. Contacted customer services which saw no problem with the product, didn't offer any kind of refunds so I'm assuming they are actually well aware their poor packing breaking products and most likely they won't be improving that based on what I have now heard from other customers so I won't be ordering from them anymore since of high risk of receiving damaged products at the price of undamaged brand new ones. Honestly, I'm really dissapointed since the company should be well aware by now of the products getting damaged because of them not being packed properly (well there is a chance the product they sent me was damaged to begin with but reading other people's reviews I noticed this packing issue has been going for long time now) since that problem could be fixed easily. The boxes they use seem to be too big and there is not enough padding to prevent products from moving inside the box. I guess only order products that aren't easily damaged, probably filaments and cutting blades are fine but do not order cutting mats or other products that are easily damaged because they won't be packed properly to prevent that.
Edit: Was sent a new item, this time it arrived undamage but they still used unecessary huge box for the item.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Delivery was extremely fast with tracked delivery. I decided to make a return and buy a different printer and their customer service team made the whole process seamless. I was promptly refunded for my first order.
I'll definitely be using them going forward. No problems here.

I've had nothing but great experiences with the company itself.
Good prices, great customer service, good inventory, and no issues.
The only issue I've had is regarding FedEx, and FedEx' lack of customer service and care.
I usually have to wait approximately 2 weeks for my order to Norway, but I'm not blaming 3D jake for this at all, it's completely on FedEx, and their horrible service and planing.
Once I see FedEx as a delivery option, I always look for another option. If there aren't any, I usually expect the package in 2-3 weeks.
I ordered a Bambu lab A1
I ordered a Bambulab A1 on Monday. This arrived as promised on the following Friday. I think that is a good period for shipping from Austria to Belgium. I am satisfied with this. The product itself meets all expectations. The packaging was not damaged. I also think that is a plus these days. I also had a few questions for customer service. They provided excellent service. They were also very friendly (thanks Miso). My next order has already been placed. I hope the future will bring more of these experiences with 3DJake.
Absolute garbage
Whenever I have ordered from this company the delivery often takes months to arrive. I bought two rolls of PLA Silk sometime ago as I have two printers and a lot of filament, so I didn't get around to opening a box until today, straight out of the box, you can clearly see the filament is tangled throughout the roll, a waste of time and money. I will never recommend this company to anyone, and I know plenty of makers and hobbyists. I don't understand why they sell such garbage, and it's not like they're cheap. I'll be buying from Bambu Lab in future.

I bought a 3d Printer from them. After 2 months it had some problems and a Part was broken. After contacting the Customer Service they immediately sent the replacement part with no hassle(At first they sent the wrong part but after another email they sent the right one). The customer service was very friendly and helpful. I also bought PLA from them and I’m very happy with it. Will definitely buy again from them!

ORIGINAL:
The 3D printer came with a bent frame (possibly from transit damage) and warned by Reddit not to print.
Contacted the customer service and they asked for the serial number of the machine and photos of the damaged printer.
They then replied that they have contacted the manufacturer who will respond in 3-5 days. That takes me out of the 14 days purchasing contract.
How and where your company gets their reimbursement from (I.E. the delivery company, or manufacturer etc) does not involve me, as the consumer/customer.
I do not wish for the item to be replaced by you. This was meant to be a birthday present and it’s become a logistical nightmare to return and get refunded so another 3D printer can be bought.
I requested a return label via email and haven’t heard anything since.
Klarna have paused any further payments and are investigating the lack of communication.

Bought my first 3d printer. On the first day something went wrong with the printing head. Tried every possible solution found on the internet but it didn't help. Wrote to 3djake support and they were kind enough to replace with a new one.
This time everything works as it should.

Bij problemen geen gehoor.
Hier een nieuw moederbord gekocht voor mijn 3d printer, na snelle ontvangst blijkt het moederbord niet goed te functioneren. Ik dacht nog go kan gebeuren, maar bij het aanvragen van een retour werd het allemaal erg lastig. de klantenservice is enkel er op gebrand om je zo lang mogelijk aan het lijntje te houden. Op vragen die je stelt krijg je geen antwoord en hulp bij diagnose stopt enkel bij het vragen naar al beantwoorde vragen. nu inmiddels meerdere maanden verder en nog steeds geen retourbon ontvangen. Klantenservice reageert helemaal niet meer op mails, en overweeg nu toch echt om juridische stappen te ondernemen richting 3dJake. (lang leve rechtsbijstand). Helaas al meer reviews gelezen die erg lijken op mijn situatie, eerst een reactie van 3dJake en dan niets meer.

Product not as described, wouldn't make it right
Bought a Creality Ender 3 Pro from them which is advertised on Creality's site as being capable of printing ABS, and the printer itself has ABS options in its menu. When we tried to actually print ABS it destroyed some internal components of the printer.
3DJake responded with a suggestion that we should purchase upgraded parts.
So they tried to upsell us on the basis that the product is mis-described by the manufacturer. I think that's fraud.

Sold a broken printer, admitted it, and refused to replace it.
I purchased an entry level 3d printer with autolevelling features (Anycubic Kobra2). Within 3 weeks of the purchase i noticed the autolevelling was not working, and contacted the producer, which after 2 month confirmed the machine wasn't working and to contact the store. 3DJake (italian branch), who sold me the printer, tried to support me by email and reached the same conclusion (adding that the machine could be *partially* operational by hacking the hardware and simulating leveling by hand, which added mockery to the injury). Obviously I asked for a return or refund, to which I've been met with complete radio silence.
