to long to deliver , this company is a JOKE ! never again
Arrived on time and excellent product 10/10
Where to start with this, well first off foreign company hiding behind a supposedly UK frontage, it shows a .co.uk (if you browse it from the UK) URL. But when you order its coming from Austria.
The delivery was slow and the state the printer was in one could confuse it for a refurbished unit over a brand new one. The bed arrived scratched to the point where it was unusable, all the rollers that aid the printer were all worn out and needed replacement, the hotend fan sounded like a drill as the bearings were dead and the extruder broke upon first set up from the light pressure you need to apply to get filament into the printer.
I did send a message to them about the condition of the printer, with photos of everything but the extruder (I had bought another one and binned the broken one) and I'm still waitiing for any kind of response from customer service thats not 'we will take a look'.
Hmm... OK but a foreign company hiding behind a supposedly UK frontage. Nothing wrong with a foreign company -but should be up-front about it. My delivery came OK, but was very slow and late because I didn't realise it was coming from abroad when I ordered it through a UK website which wasn't actually in the UK. I won't order again because the products are (legitimately) available in the UK, so no need to import with extra delays etc. I usually use 3dfilaprint -they're MUCH quicker, also have someone to speak to on the phone.
Took entire month and a few days to ship the product. No communication or updates had to chase them.
still waiting for it to arrive, but not 3djake's fault, brexshit, not marking them down for that one
(UK Based)
Ordered 2 rolls of filament to get over their £45 free postage, it was posted the next day, and I received it 2 days later, super speedy postage to the UK from Austria, very pleased, would shop again. I ordered a Fillamentum roll, and a 3DJake own brand roll, both of which performed well (although the own brand required a tad more heat to avoid clogs)
I assumed this to be a UK company, but discovered after making my order that the company was based in Austria. Adding to this, the delivery company used is UPS and they are terrible.. I've had no attempt at delivery and been waiting 2 weeks.
Still not delivered, waiting now 2 weeks
You need to change your courier ups is terrible no help from customer service
Slow slow slow. Thought with the site having a .co.uk address it might be UK based but over a week after ordering (8 days) a UPS tracking code was made from Austria.
Then a further week before the package arrived in the UK and constant delaying of the delivery dates even thought the parcel was in a depot 40 miles away.
Won't be using this site again as it's not much cheaper than other better known UK based sites.
After ordering, i was waiting 10 days for the tracking number. After contacting the support, i received a robot mail without responding my questions... that is the worst support service i had... now, im waiting for my Money back.
3D Jake, read this! We live in 21st century where shipping from one place to another can be done within hours. I am going to find some different supplier because it takes you a week sometime longer to deliver in tiny Austria. I am getting faster deliveries from UK ( 3D Filaprint Ltd - great customer service and fast shipping ).
Terrible customer service...actually no customer service as they will just ignore your email. Have placed an order, saying it will be late, then in their system...there's another month addon delay...great!!! Never again.
A good supplier who have the stock and do what they say they will do.
Unfortunately the Zortrax spares they sent are for a very bad product, the Zortrax M200. I just spent £40 and 3 hours on the advice of Zortrax to fix nearly 2 years of on going problems with this printer and they made no difference.
Good store but customer service needs improving.
As with a lot of online stores these days there is no telephone number for you to call them, so you're at the mercy of whether or not 3DJake want to answer your emails. I have to say, replies have always been slow and less than helpful, the only real saving grace is their willingness to off at 10% discount for mistakes.
I've had some orders arrive on time and I've been pleased, I've had others where I've placed an order on something sin stock on the website, paid for swift delivery and had to wait 3 weeks for it to actually arrive because it clearly wasn't in stock in the first place.
Awful. Placed order, told a week later that not in stock and I need to wait another 2 weeks. Never use these clowns!
Ive been using 3Djake now for a year or so. This is by far the best and only provider I use and there are a number of reasons for this.
Firstly prices, very reasonable and promotions are offered on a regular basis.
second, support. Buying my BCN3D Sigma with 3djake was the best decision i made, their support agents are very knowledgeable on the product and filaments, had a few issues with printer configuration, but 3djake staff have been in contact throughout and all my issues are fixed!
Thank you !
they lie saying the packet is already send when transporter show no received since 4 days.. they lie again regarding the tracking service they pretend to follow with bpost while the tracing is under dhl and bpost say it doesn't know this package.I hate liar I would rather prefer to knwo that my order is yet ready than fake information about an hypetitcal sending
Order all my filaments from 3dJake now. Great support and they got my favorit brand of filament, fillamentum. 😁
Their customer support is simply awesome!! Thanks for helping me out with the issues I had and for being so professional.
my absolute favorite supplier. always delivers very quickly and the prices are top erviceService and support are first class
