My 6 months old 3D printer broke down so I sent an e-mail to 3D Prima where I had bought it. Daniel at 3D Prima answered my e-mail within hours and helped me, with very clear and easy to follow instructions to find the cause of the problem. This took several back and forth e-mails but he never made me wait for his reply, it was like he was sitting next to me here in Belgium. :-) Next thing I know is that a replacement for the faulty part is in the mail and on its way to me. That is what I call excellent customer service and that is why I wholeheartedly give 5 stars to 3D Prima.
They have great machines great prices but terrible service I sent in my printer and took them a month just to respond and when I finally got it shipped they were terrible at giving me info of what was happening but they happily said they had broken my screen then they sent it back problem maybe fixed but I can’t test it cause my screen is broken. I since have asked them if they can send a replacement but surprise surprise no response. Just be careful when you buy from them cause if it breaks it will take months to get it fixed. Overall I guess it works but service takes way to long
Communication with customer service is very difficult and sometimes non existent..
Very poor service indeed.

But then went silent.

The old Technology Outlet were great, true to their word and the times when I used them they were always great. Myles and someone else on chat always responsive but then we have a name change and the old ethos appears to be out the window.
I purchased a new 3d printer at 8:05am yesterday morning, before their 12pm for cut off with the promise of it arriving next day as I had spent over £60. No dispatch email received so I popped an email to them and then onto live chat where Myles whom I have dealt with many times said he couldn't access my order as they have a new system and had popped me over to Sales Team.
Along comes Natasha via email saying my delivery would be with me next week and then also on live chat with a DPD link... I thought great, turns out this link was for someone else and not me.
I explained that I needed this printer for Monday and could I get it delivered Saturday and ill even pay extra to have it done. "we dont offer that service, it will be with you next week" I would love to know why I wasn't informed of this yesterday as I could have made other plans. I am now being ignored on live chat which is unacceptable, I need to know when this will be with me.
Shocking service and I will not return next time.

Printhead broken
The printhead was defect after 1 year, normally this is not guarantee. But they send me a new printhead.

I have bought a lot of stuff from 3D Prima and what led me to them was the prices, usually when a vendpr is cheap it comes with another price - You will not get good service or any service at all but several times 3D Prima has exceded my expectations and gave me a money back deal when I found the printer i bought suddenly was cheaper and recently I bought the best 3D printer ever Bambulabs PS1 and had a malfunction - I sent them an email and they offered to send me replacement parts and linked some instructions on how to change the parts - I have not had the printer that long but the replacementparts are ware-and-tear part so I'd have to change these eventually - I feel "taken care of" with these guys. Good Job, love you guys - keep it up, Thanks Hani and everyone else making life easier for me! :)

I tried to contact them several times over a few days to change the delivery address because of an ongoing delay in the shipment. I didn't get a single reply from them, they are totally unresponsive. Because of this, my package has been delivered to an address where I was no longer present

Bought a 3d printer for a bargain, and had it in my apartment up and running just a couple of days later. I only had an issue with one of the minor supplementary items (a SD/USB adapter) so I got in touch with customer support and the rep (Hani) resolved it immediately.

After choosing 3D-PRIMA to buy my first 3D-printer, I got my printer home. The P1S-printer was supposed to be easy to install, almost plug and play. That wasn't my experience. I had some issues binding my printer. Hani, who became my contact at 3D-prima, came to my help. He showed me real patience, good support and he was very serviceminded. Finally I got my printer to work.
This service is exactly what you want when you run into problems with whatever you buy, so I can definitely recommend 3D-prima if you are to buy a 3D-printer.
