Packaging and delivery worrisome.
Fast delivery. A portable CD player is a fragile item. The packaging was in my opinion inadequate, just an envelope. Not marked fragile. It was pushed through the letterbox and fell to the floor from a metre with a thump. I was alarmed whether it was damaged but it seems to be fine, luckily.

Order process and delivery was good
Order process and delivery was good, product well packed, outer bag was ripped but that’s the delivery people grabbing hold of the parcel and trying to lift by the bag rather than the box. Fortunately no damage.
