The purchase was painless however the parcel was left outside my front door in full view of the street and it could have easily been hidden by my bins or left with a neighbour. Very poor courier

Excellent customer service
My chrome wire shelving arrived the next day (much quicker than expected), in perfect condition. However, a few small parts were missing. I contact customer service who immediately re-sent those parts out so I could finish building the shelf. I cannot fault this company at all, and would gladly buy from them again. Many thanks to Edwina and the rest of the team!

Not what i expected
Item did not look like the image the veneer covering the radio looked like it had faded in the sun in patches. Yeah aesthetics, LOOKS COUNT radio works as expected.
