I ordered the wrong size stem and wrote if I could exchange. They quickly emailed back and said no need to return they'll issue a store credit. Now I'll use it to get the right stem. Not bad.

I ordered from 420science on 4/3 & they did ship very quickly but I'm not happy with the products & want to return them. I've been emailing them all week with zero response. I will be reporting the owner Matt, Cosmic Industries LLC & 420science to FTC as well as the AG in Texas. It's no wonder they make over 3 million a year, ripping people off!

Got a great deal and a quality piece. Customer service was surprisingly top notch. Other places I've shopped take forever to respond or don't respond at all. They sent stock photos and shipped the item right away. Had a great experience overall.

I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I ordered an item that was over $60 (which is now about $30) and I was missing the main parts... the part that made it was DAMAGED. I returned it and received a second one, only to face the same issue of having missing parts! They stole my money from me, and won't communicate with me further.

You order a item and god only knows what you'll recieve. Good luck with returns, no customer service.

Purchased a $200 glass bong. The inside carburetor broke loose on the second use. And then the spout for the bowl broke just setting it down. No response from 420Science.com They just ignore you. Flushed $200 down the toilet. As an update. We have now received a store credit for $99. Have to admit to being surprised. Better than a poke in the eye. Took a couple weeks for this outcome.

Horrible experience. No confirmation email and they ignore all attempts to contact customer service.

If you'll notice all pictures are from a lower angle for the Hamr. This is likely because the rig does not fit all the way in the base so there is a space in between the silicone base and rig. It completely changes the look and feels as if it will easily fall out. The butane lighter does not come filled or even working because you cannot adjust the flame if you attempt to it adjust it goes back to the original setting automatically. The case is missing a zipper entitely. I wouldnt buy from this site again. They do not answer when called and I have yet to receive a emal response so communication isn't great either.

horrible shopping experience. terrible selection. i also purchase insurance that covers stolen or broken items. My package was stolen and they refuse to refund my money even after i purchased the insurance. Worst online shopping experience. avoid these folks. many other websites that abide by the 3rd party insurance they offer. eff this place. And the owner keeps harassing the clients by directly contacting to inform the they Do Not give the monies back. extremely unprofessional!

Can I just tell you how much I love 420 Science? I made an order on a Friday morning and had my product by Monday afternoon. Not to mention, it came with a free little awesome tool. I just love them and ever since I started ordering from 420 Science, it's where I go first every time.

Super fast shipping. A particular product that I use is no longer being manufactured, so I was buying as much as I could from as many places as I could find and my order from these guys got here even before some of the others had shipped.

Sent me the wrong item, so I spend 2 hours to schedule a return with FedEx. They pay your shipping only if you accept a credit (no refund) and then they charged me shipping again to ship the right item.

I have not had any really bad experience with them. My orders have arrived in a very timely manner (we are in a pandemic now, so I do expect some delays with shipping). They are an okay company, I mean, if you are ordering glass go through them, they have sales, etc. But if you can go directly to the web site of a company that is selling their items on 420 Science, go to the website of the company. 420 Science has a bad return policy, they will direct you to that company anyway if you have gone past the timeline to return an item if it breaks. So by pass them and go directly to the source.

I am very disappointed in there service I payed extra money for it to be here faster and it’s taken longer than free shipping, if you want to wait days upon days maybe weeks for a product than go for this website. Other than that they lied to me about the delivery date keep pushing it back and still don’t have a single product and it’s pathetic.

Been a very long time customer of 420 Science, and they continue to do things right. I recently tried to order a glass piece from another site in order to try and save money. That was a huge mistake as the piece was not wrapped correctly and destroyed in shipping. They then claimed it was the shipper's fault and refused to honor their guarantee. I immediately came back to 420 Science and ordered a similar recycler oil rig. It came expertly wrapped and in one piece, and it hits like a charm! Trying to save a few bucks ended up costing me in the end. I will continue to be a long time customer of 420 Science as long as they keep doing things right! Cheers!
