I would not recommend this company.

The design service is subpar and takes weeks to communicate with, contrary to the name 48 Hour print. After being promised a full refund I received a partial refund and had to dispute the charge with my bank. I would not recommend this company.

Quality of the banner is good

Quality of the banner is good. Printing is of good quality and the shipping and delivery were fairly fast.

OK, but not entirely what I expected

Easy to design and quick to print. Designs were not all centered in circle. And I did not get a roll of stickers like the biggest part of the picture showed on website. The stickers were all individually cut, making it harder/more time consuming to remove from the backing. Overall OK, but definitely not 100% what I expected.

My banner was not received in time to…

My banner was not received in time to be used at my event. There was a shipping issue that customer service was not wiling to help to expedite. I paid extra for two day shipping and it took 5 days. I will not order from your company again. The lack of concern and willingness to help was poor.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Highly recommend!!! Totally geared toward customer service! Placed an order within one day it had been reviewed/approved and was in print. We received the banner within two days of ordering it and it is absolutely beautiful! We were informed throughout the entire process…. Could not have asked for any better service!! Will definitely be back!!

amazing printing and service!

The printing of our tri-folds and postcards came out so beautiful! There was a hiccup in my order but the staff was so amazing in getting my order to be printed on time. Would one hundred percent recommend.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Their 48hourprint company name is extremely misleading.

And even after I placed my order, there was NO indication on when they would deliver. I paid extra for it to be a "2 day" job so I could receive my banners 1-2 days before my event. I put my trust that the company would deliver what they promised.

I then got several emails indicating the progress of my order. Cool. Still no ETA listed when I checked my dashboard. I got an email they completed one of my orders. Immediately after this, I click on the link in my email that takes me back to their dashboard with status update. There is a tracking number but it's a broken link. The tracking number took me to an error message.

I figured there were simply some temporary website or connectivity issues, and went about my day. The following day, I get an update and it shows my banner won't arrive until the day-of my event. But these big events require me to get up and go to my kitchen at 4 am and I prep until I must go setup at the venue at 9 am... They said they then expedited it and it would arrive on the DAY-OF the event which could be any time. But even then, we're already working the event and no one is available to pick it up. We've also already set up, so we cannot add banners to the top of our tent in the middle of the event while guests are out and about.

My mail office received the package at some point, but they are closed on Sundays, so I wasn't even able to use the banners for the second day of my event.

Most importantly, I needed the menu poster board above anything else, but they had not shipped that yet. They still wouldn't be able to get it to me on time. And their LA office was unable to push SAc out within a day, when STAPLES was able to...

This event is the biggest event I ever participated in and I invested $8000 to vend there--including all the supplies I bought and staff hired. I made less than half my investment because our guests could not find our booth, didn't realize we were there, and our lack of signage caused us to lose a lot of business from the very busy foot traffic and new customers--which was the POINT of participating in events like these...
