Excellent, thoughtful & well explained tech support. I purchased the 1 hour package and connected with Russell within minutes. He should teach this stuff - I am not very technical, so he took the time to explain what he was doing + why it was doing it. I dropped the phone for 10 mins to go and reset some hardware, in that time he had a proper look at my set up through remote desktop and made comprehensive notes on how to improve it. 100% recommend Russell - top lad.

Ordered MikroTik devices over 2 weeks ago and so far the order is not yet processed

Took no responsibilty for incorrect pricing on their site, wasted a lot of my time placing an order only for them to demand more money from me because of their mistake. Very unprofessional.

4gon offers very competitive price and Louise W. was very helpful in setting up our first business purchase through pro forms invoice.
We used to purchase routers with cards several times per quarter.
There was some issue at first with account mismatches but they have been very responsive and this was resolved within couple of days.
Definitely recommend to get products through them!

service by Leandri was absolutely spot on. it couldn't be any better, I have contacted her 3 times and all 3 times she has been very polite - professional and very helpful. she will be my first source of contact all the time

I have ordered from 4Gon numerous time over the years with no issues, but my most recent experience has been quite different.

I placed my order for an NVR, some hard drives and cables in March and it took seven weeks for everything to arrive. Items were split into three deliveries, the first of which came quickly but the others took much longer. There was no proactive support from 4gon and I had to chase several times before making any progress.

When the items all arrived one of the hard drives was faulty. I called and was told to submit a returns request which I did and seven weeks and two phone calls later and nothing has happened. I've been promised a call back twice but it has not materialised.

I'm now left with a faulty device and no support from 4Gon. I am very disappointed and will not use again and would certainly not recommend.

Ordered a UniFi router that was on pre-order, this was 4 months ago and still no router. Now trying to get my money back and I suspect I'll have to do a charge back through my credit card.

Placed an order for UniFi door hub, and paid for next day shipping. Next day came and rather than the item being dispatched I got an email to say the item price had increased and asked for more money.
Will not use this company again. Not trustworthy and bad way to treat customers. AVOID!

Order process seemed fine for a simple router purchase (no extras). Two weeks later, still no delivery. No comms. Only response to my chasing email was an auto-response and a rating request.

Not great. Would recommend purchasing elsewhere.

Ordered a product back in 2023, appeared as pre-ordered in their website. Paid for it, and I am still waiting. Contacted support several times but they are useless. It appears they do not really care, it's been already 2 years!! Why do they take the money in the first place?? If they cannot fulfill my order I want my money back!
