Order for oven element placed 18:07 yesterday, Monday, with the £8.99 'UK Next Working Day Delivery' option (for orders placed before 21:00, as per their own delivery info page). On Tuesday I see on their tracking "12 Nov 2024 06:35", ie it's only dispatched on the day I am supposed to receive it. Guess I won't be cooking today. I guess I should have read the other two reviews here, both negative, and ordered from another retailer (I also could have popped to a physical store and got it, but thought why spend the 15 minutes plus fuel, when they are able to ship for almost the same price). My bad, won't happen again. Oh, and no phone number available to contact them, and my emails have gone unanswered.

UPD two days later: I received an apologetic phone call and email, also confirming that I had been refunded £4 (ie the difference between next-day and 'standard' delivery service.

Do not buy spares from this company. After trying to buy a part for our washing machine the site told us our payme t hadn't gone through, this happened 3 times so we looked elsewhere. However 3 payments were take without any confirmation sent to us and then 3 of the same part arrived on our doorstep. I am now trying to get an authorisation number in order to send 2 sets back for a refund and no one is answering the phone or my emails. This is £35 that I cannot afford to loose. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Sent a physically defective part and were unwilling to replace it without jumping through hoops. The part was only £10 - really not worth the fuss.

Wouldn't recommend.
