Meh!
I've been a customer for about two weeks. Sometime last night, our vanilla server went down. I emailed Support over five hours ago. Their email says 24/7 quick responses. Not so much! I tried to initiate a Live Chat, but it is not up and running, despite the fact that the listed hours for said live chat show that I'm well within that time window. Meanwhile, I have zero information as to when (or if, at this point) my server will be operational again. Their System Status page shows everything is operational. I can see other 4NetPlayers servers up and running for the same game I play. Yet mine is toast, and there's zero response from the company.
Also, despite the fact that there are only a couple of people online at a time (when it's actually running) it's pretty laggy.

Servers normaly do not tend to go offline for no reason, but software and games most of all software has bugs, that may result in an unpleasent crash of the server. And sometimes the savegame is then corrupted and the server can not start on its own again.
