Amazing shop! All the staff are so nice and helpful! My girls love going a getting their raw food

Have been using 4PAWSRAW for approximately 3 months. The information and advice when I visited the shop was friendly and very helpful.
Setting up the subscription was all possible online.
My dog has taken really well to the food and is very settled with it. Delivery and packaging has always been spot on.
I recently messaged on Facebook with a question regarding my subscription date. I got a very prompt response and everything was sorted really quickly.
Would throughly recommend.

WOW my greyhound loves the powdered feed,have just fed her this for the first time and she has licked her bowl clean amazing

I ordered some sheep fat for my old boy. It came really quickly only trouble was it had leaked inside the plastic bag. I took some pictures and got in touch with the company. What fantastic customer service. No issue that they were sorry for this. Straight away offered to send a new bottle which i received the next day.
Good old fashioned customer service at it's finest.
Renewed my faith as recently a much larger retailer had me jumping through hoops when a similar thing happened and still refused to replace the damaged goods.
Well done a very high recommendation from me. Thank you for being fab.

I've tried a few raw food distributors and the condition of packaging has been terrible leaking all over front steps just terrible.
Now I found you the quality off the food is second to none and the packaging was just perfect. Perfect condition just thank you for your excellent service

I've always wanted to have my dog on a raw diet. I was looking into where I could buy and I was delighted to find an raw shop close by !
They are brilliant, they have a wide selection of raw and natural treats. The staff are super helpful and friendly, always happy to explain anything about raw.
The price is fairly affordable, with having doing my research on places I found 4pawsraw the cheapest but with excellent quality items.
My dog heavily always enjoys their food, she's excited to eat now whereas before she hardly had any interest in her kibble and it was super hard to encourage her to eat.
Since the transition to premade raw - I've noticed a huge difference in her health and in herself in general like: shes maintaining weight, interested to eat, shiny and soft coat, she appears more happier, her growth has improved, shes less anxious to eat, less dirty ears (ear infection) and so on

What wonderful customer service. So refreshing to call and actually speak with a person without all the automated calls we have nowadays. John was so very helpful when I called as I misread shipping prices. But he pointed me in the right direction, so just awaiting my product by mail. Thank you so much. I will most definitely use your company again.

First time here..my border collie was very desperate to have his winter coat sorting, I was sceptical as I always went to a different groomer, I did have to wait a little while for an appointment but that's normal. I wanted them to show me the length of hair I wanted left on Juno ..turns out all my worries went straight out the door as soon as they started in him n showed my different lengths. Left them to it full of confidence and I have to say what marvelous job they have done, my dog was comfy, happy with no stress..Bang on to these guys ..The shop is full of good stuff for treats, natural not supermarket crap I'm so made up on how they treated both Juno and myself. Thankyou.

Great service, helped me decide what to give my puppy and how much. Prompt, pleasant, helpful emails and excellent delivery. To top it all my dog loves the raw food and eats it all!

Fab product that I have been feeding my Great Dane for 2 years since she was a pup. Good quality, great price and easy to order online. The team are super helpful and always quick to respond. I would thoroughly recommend.

Always an excellent service from 4pawsraw on all counts. Easy to order on their website, good delivery service, frozen products arrive well packaged & well insulated. Top quality dog food, easy and hassle free to serve from fridge/freezer to dog bowl. My dog gets such a good variety of nutritious food which she thoroughly enjoys.
They're a really friendly team and very approachable if I need any advice. I can't recommend them highly enough and neither can my healthy dog!

How lucky we are to have 4PawsRaw in Pocklington. The website works very well but I value being able to call in in person for advice and to apologise for whatever new problem I’ve given them when ordering! The quality and range are superb, and I feel very well supported.

Amazing staff that is able to help with any questions and always friendly. Always welcomed when in the shop even when they are busy. Always have my ordered ready or happy to get my order ready if ordered at short notice. Great place and all 3 of our dogs love the food and there treats. Keep up the great work 😊

Love going into store even though they do delivery from website, staff is always welcoming great knowledge on raw feeding, dietary, skin conditions and many more subjects us dog owners struggle with , the selection of different foods is amazing always top quality been buying for a few year and never had to take anything back or complain, finding suitable treats for stricked raw diet dogs would be difficult if I didn't have 4pawsraw and I like they have a rewards card for store .

Knowledgeable and friendly staff - always willing to give advice and having an experienced vet nurse on staff is a huge bonus! My pup is happy and healthy and the prices are really good too. Have ordered online many time too and delivery has always been quick, efficient and accurate. Absolutely wouldn't go anywhere else! Fab
