Very good Company. Chipper and fast.

Easy reservation and uncomplicated procedure. Car was waiting outside the airport, we had an earlier departure flight no problem for them to drop off earlier than expected. We were able to reach someone via phone and had no problems at all! Best rental company so far!

We used 4rent when we went to Greece for our holiday, I was so skeptical to start with due to previous experience with a different company where we had to pay excess fees and admin fees that i wasnt aware off, so when we arrived and we only paid what wr agreed on i was so pleased. We were so impressed with the customer service with how easy it was to book the car. We are going back to Greece in September and we will 100% going to be booking with 4rent again!!!! They are amazing! 100% recommend

Good price, good service, clear communication.

We spent a couple of days in Thessaloniki and arranged for pickup of the car at our hotel. Driver arrived early went through documentation, showed us the car which was a Dacia Sandero and he set up the sat nav which I had requested. All together a pleasant experience. The car was very clean and quite comfortable. We had a most enjoyable 10 days exploring Macedonia. Returning the car was very straight forward although I missed the turn into the car park and had to go around again. The person who had delivered the car was waiting for us (we had agreed a return time when collecting the car). He checked the car was ok and that we had a full petrol tank then wished us a pleasant journey home. I highly recommend 4rent Thessaloniki.

Great service. Arranged for hire car to be dropped off on busy main street in Thessaloniki. They were prompt, let us know arrival time, and very patient when I couldn't find our passports.
Very easy booking. Booked specifically as no hidden charges, and there absolutely weren't!

Eveything worked very well, punktual service, excellent car, nice people who work all night through (we landed at 1 a.m. at the airport). No additional fees, no fuel discussions. Return of the car within 3 minutes. I really recommend this company 👍.

Would highly recommend this company. Only negative was that collection instructions were unclear and did not mention ‘car park’ 4 and website defaulted to 9am for collection and drop off even when flight nos were added. No trying to add extra insurance or costs. No hassle just simple collection and drop off.

Absolute the best car hire company. Fast check in as all personal information is given in advance and just checked when you pick up the car. All inclusive insurance and extra driver included - you just pay the amount quoted, none of this up-selling that happens at every other car hire company. Also the person I dealt with face to face was very nice and helpful. Could not recommend more.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the 4rent team, the service is excellent and by far the best and cheapest car rental experience we have ever had, not only did they wait with the car until the early hours of the morning due to our flight being delayed but the rep also made sure we were all good to go and set our sat nav to our hotel destination. Their service is so courteous and helpful I cannot recommend them enough. If you are in need of a rental car make sure to use them you won't be disappointed.
