Thanks for your purchase on our Norwegian website.
My colleagues in Norway has told me that you placed your order on our website on Monday the 28. of August and it was shipped from our warehouse the day after on the 29. of August.
Unfortunately, there was a delay in the delivery of your package, which caused your package to be ready for pickup the following Monday on the 4. of September. Delivery time was estimated at 2-4 work days, however, your delivery happened 5 work days after you placed your order.
We always strive to live up to our word but sometimes there is a delay which is out of our hands.
Still, we do apologise for the delay and the inconvenience this may have caused you.

Only half of the package arrived, and when contacted 4sound only then the 2nd part was sent. Nevertheless, the package did not arrive even after two weeks waiting due to inadequacy of the delivery company Bring, after which I had to go to the store and pick up a package for which 1) I have payed for delivery but only one part has arrived 2) It says delivery time of 3 days on the web page and I have waited for 2 weeks!
