Very clear communication from the beginning to the end. Emails and phone conversations were all friendly and professional. Very happy with the tv meubel we bought, looks exactly like the photo.

The Delivery was fast. Chairs look beautiful and fits in perfectly. Giving one star less because one of the chair has slight imbalance. May be its something to do with screwing the legs. And also, legs were not labelled. There are 2 different set of lengths, one for front and another one for the back and they both were not labelled. Had to guess which part goes where.
But overall, very happy how it turned out

I have ordered a mango dinner table from this site.
The table is not at all what is described on the website.

The tabletop is the opposite of straight and really wavy to the point when it's barely usable.
In some places, the width difference is more than 0.7cm ( from 4cm to 4.7cm ).

I haven't measured the entire table, but I think the idea is clear.
The waves appear both to the length of the table and to the width.

Another thing is the finish. It is a lot more reflective and glossy than in the website pictures.

Also, there were several marks on the top.

I tried speaking with the customer service, but they reply about once every week or two and haven't suggested an acceptable solution, rather than to return it at my expense, which is 65 euro.

The table was delivered (to Belgium) in a proper manner, however there were some things that I should mention:
- the package smelled terrible, like rotten bolognaise sauce. I do not know how it is possible that this can be the case, it lingered for several days. Big question marks here.
- the table (Makassar 160) was dirty and has some small spots that I cannot get off by cleaning. It needed to be assembled, but the legs do not perfectly and equally (in height as opposed to the table top) fit. This should be the least of the requirements. This is not due to lack of my own abilities, I assure you that I am very handy.
- The indication said the table would be delivered end of november (ordered mid october), stockwise. It wasn’t shipped until 2nd week of December. The wait was way too long and the communication about this matter should be a lot better. I had to call to know what to expect after already waiting more than a month. I do not enjoy a full mailbox, but I would have appreciated some information with delivery updates/expectations. Due to this issue I obviously did not even consider returning it, I might as well wait another couple of months for the same thing to happen.

In general I like the table and the crafting looks okay. Nevertheless I recommend customers to search for a different vendor if communication, efficiency, tidiness and thorough workmanship are ranked high on your requirement list.

Update: I now read a lot of reviews addressing the lack of communication and the delayed -if not cancelled- deliveries. I really cannot comprehend the unwillingness of 4uDesigned to take initiative in undertaking action in order to improve (customer) service.

My chairs came super quickly, were easy to put together and look just like the photo. Would definitely recommend.
