Expert knowledge and easy over-the-phone support. Lack of shipping communication...3 rims arrived and the 4th came from separate warehouse. Initially I thought order was miss placed. After contacting 4wheelonline they informed me the fourth was on still in transit and on it's way. I'd like to conclude this review with I placed my order over the phone and have yet to see some form of emailed receipt/ proof of purchase.
Buy somewhere else
I ordered a wheel and tire package over the phone. I was told it would be delivered within 10 business days. I called back after 12 because I never received and update or tracking number. They said it would arrive in 2 days. I gave them 7 until I called again. After being on hold for 20 min, I demanded a tracking number and they finally did, so I called RL carriers to see what the hold up was. RL carriers said they have had this package for 12 days, unable to deliver because they had no phone number or address for me. Luckily I call them before they send it back to 4wheelonline. They eventually arrived without any defects. I will compliment, it was a great price. Just not worth the hassle. The guys answering the phone at 4wheelonline are not very friendly either. Go read their other reviews on BBB, Google and here. They are all terrible.
Great Customer Experience
This was my first time buying rims online. My experience with 4wheelonline was great. JP was very helpful and knew the products very well. My shipment was received quickly and everything was in great shape.

So I ordered a” complete wheel and tire package “. Everything started out good love the wheels I picked out which are a factory replica widely available from many places. I was told the package would include everything wheels,tires,splinned lug nuts for anti theft and the tpms would just sync right up which I had my doubts from experience but gave it a shot. I was told the price and I didn’t negotiate wanted to pay the cc machine was down for a few days. Finally paid. Days go by no tracking I call well a tire was damaged in mounting we are expediting a new tire to the mounting company ok no biggie mistakes happen. Ok when will they be to my house from time the order was placed weeks went by before I received them. But just before I get the call from the shipping company they ask me if I am able to unload them from a semi truck off the back of the box trailer I have to unload a full set of mounted and balanced wheels and tires While trying to juggle an 18 month old. So now it’s on to get the wheels installed on the truck I take it to the shop to have them installed after renting a trailer so I don’t put 24’s in the back of a brand new Denali XL with light interior. There it is old wheels off new ones on tech asks for the spine socket to install the lugs I said it has to be in the box. No socket ok so we compromise and they say the factory should be fine. Tpms cannot be sync’d to the truck so frustrated I leave and say well maybe just maybe they will sync as I drive like I was told.So I call for the socket I was told we will get it right out to you I’m sorry No no multiple shops can’t do it they are not our sensors. So no socket still today I have to order a tpms machine from amazon for $159 hmm I sync them right up following simple instructions. Now I call back for the socket and in conversation I said hey btw those sensors don’t just sync right up I had to buy a machine for $159 plus tax and do it myself. The response was I wish you called me first I would have sent you a machine. My response was well send me the machine so when I rotate the tires I can reset them and I’ll just return the one I bought. Then the machine was no longer offered for me to get from them oh and btw still no socket. Anyway this went on from May 17th till yesterday July 14th still no socket. I will most likely never see the security socket. So if you want to order lock in the 4 wheel because it will be one heck of a ride.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
Please don't make the same mistake i did by ordering anything from this sight!!! the only reason i am giving the 2 star rating is because i got my stuff in good shape. I ordered wheels and tires, did the package deal they offer. The price is amazing for what i ordered but spend the extra money and go though someone else or go to your local tire store. It took over a month for them to even charge my card for my order. Then a sales person called me finally to confirm my order. I was excited until it took another almost 2 weeks to have my card charged. Following this hassle three weeks go by and still no word on what is going on with my order. It took multiple calls to get things moving. Once i finally got my order i find wheel weight had fallen off, i was sent the wrong lug nuts, and what i just found out, they installed the wrong TPMS sensors. It has now cost me even more money to deal with their screw up. When i called and told them i was told they would figure out what they could do and would call me back by end of day. Every time i have been told that i have not once received a call. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY

I called to get help with what size bolt pattern I needed for the wheels I wanted to purchase. JP informed me that the wheels I was about to purchase would not work on my car, they were for a truck. He spent quite some time educating me on what would work for my car and what would look good and be instock with all of the issues from covid 19 and the chrome industry. Because of the care he took in helping me find a perfect wheel for my car I would be happy to use them again and send them referrals. Thank you JP you rock.

Know what you are getting into
Ordered an item on 6/18/20. Credit card was charged on 6/18/20. Reputable companies don't charge you until the product is shipped. Requested a tracking number on 6/25/20 per their website instructions. No response. Request a tracking number again on 7/1/20. No response. Called on 7/8/20, and was told they have stopped doing business with the manufacture and can't fulfill the order. Why wasn't I contacted when they stopped doing business with the manufacture? The person said he would cancel the order and request a refund. He said I would be notified of the refund within a 3-7 days as they only process refunds once a week. So, I guess I just gave them a interest free loan for 25 days and delayed my project for 25+ days.

Don't Have Time to Deal with Basic Service
Wheels got to the house 5 days after I ordered them. Reasonable shipping time. The wheels showed up before the tracking information from 4wheelonline did (never showed up) which is not satisfactory to most clients. You pay for a product that needs to be sent, you should get shipping information within 24 hours, not wait around for 5 days and then send in an email form to ask for tracking information-that states they will reply within 3 business days.
This was also my first time buying aftermarket wheels for my truck, I didn't know the factory OEM lugs would not fit the new wheels. So if I had not read from other reviewers that no one told them at 4wheels online about this...I would have had wheels sitting in their box until my order of lugs came in from somewhere else. I did call back and ask about this to clarify.
I had to call 3 times over 5 days to attempt to find out information. Wait on hold with horrible music, get told by their associate not to rely on reviews on Trustpilot (which is right on the bottom of their website), be promised for a call back on shipping/if the wheels are in stock, no call back etc...
The 2 stars are for fairly quick shipping. I always prefer to keep money local, but not when it's a hassle to deal with a business- no client should have to keep making requests for basic service that everyone else provides normally, so I won't deal with 4wheelonline again.

Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.
Sales person did not do his job - excuses for days. I had to call to check status 4 times as was told on multiple occasions that I would get called back, NEVER happened. Was told that one of the issues was due to my credit card but was actually negligence on the sales reps part. Delay, delay, delay. Then to find out they only had 3 of the 4 wheels. 3 weeks of issues with nothing to show for it.
I have been patient but enough is enough. Avoid if possible.
