Product quality excellent fitting service was prompt and perfect standard can't advice people to use them enough and I am naturally fussy as this is my personnel truck

Another great experience first class service.
Unfortunately one of the wheels was damaged but had emails warning before it c OK me and big clear lables on the box to check. The courier looked like he had been trowing box about but got him to note box damage sent this off and next day my replament wheel was with me. No delays very happy woth the service and they have arranged for damage wheel to be collected. First class service and over there was no stress about replacing wheel.

With other companies I have had to wait for then to get part back and checked then they send parts.

The product is great and the customer service was helpful and forthcoming.

First time I have personally dealt with 4x4AT but from my first contact with Henry the experience has been excellent, Henry went above and beyond to help get a canopy for my new Hilux GR Sport 2.

The canopy had to be painted to match (Galaxy Black) the paint finish is excellent. I did have a small issue on delivery where the paint shop had fitted the bars incorrectly, the driver (from 4x4) Clive went the extra mile to fit correctly, missing / lost screws were sent out same day.

Although the issue occurred, the way Clive dealt with the issue was excellent, nothing was too much trouble hence the 5 start review. The alpha canopy is excellent quality and looks mega on the truck.

The purchase was made from Vanimal which is owned by parent company of 4x4 Accessories and Tyres ltd - so I am posting here as well as it's the same operation. I was sold a set of wheels that were quote "designed to fit all Transporter and Caravelle models from 2003 – 2022 inclusive".

The wheels supplied are actually designed for a Land Rover Discovery as the centre bore and mounting plate does not align with the hub on a VW T5 (72mm rather 65mm). They could potentially be fitted but spacers or a fitting kit to covert would be required to be purchased in order to fit the wheels safely. Vanimal advised me rather ambiguously to centre the wheels ('standard practice in it'!), which means the van would be supported by 5 bolts with 5mm gap to the hub and a 7mm gap in centre bore! The opinion given to me by my wheel fitter a mechanic, and 2 specialist companies, and a forum was that this is not a safe configuration. No supplementary parts or kits were supplied or even offered to overcome this issue. They simply washed their hands of me once the sale had been made. At the very best these wheels can be bodged to fit, to say they were designed for a T5 is a complete falsehood and demonstrates a mix of arrogance incompetence and dishonesty.

Due to my own misjudgment I told the independent wheel fitters to go ahead prior to learning all this information about wheel fitting, as I assumed spacers would be cheap and could be fitted afterwards. Unfortunately there was no solution to have these wheels fitting flush to the hub without spending £150 on spacers and increasing the track width which I did not want to do.

Having driven home I just bought some more wheels (identical in design from but from another company), and had them fitted a couple of days later. No suprise the wheel bore aligned perfectly this time - no need for vanimal centered bodge job after all.

Vanimal ignored my emails as the manager was on holiday for a few days before finally confirming a refund will not be given due the wheels having been fitted. This would be an acceptable reason had I changed my mind, however this all came about from misinformation at the point of sale.

I can assure you whatever they publish here the wheels were not designed for my van and they did the absolute minimum to help when I contacted them.

Lots of time, tyre fitting and now an eBay listing. About £350 down so far.

Ordered bull bars from 4x4 which cost me £320. They didn’t fit properly at all, therefore I called the office to request a return. James answered who was extremely rude and sarcastic, threatening that I only had a few days to return and unlikely to refund. However I insisted it was within 30 days and it cost me of a further £70 shipping to return. James then refused to produce a refund and claimed the bars where damaged (which they were not) however now miraculously have scratches on different areas and photos taken. Poor product, terrible customer service . Avoid

I ordered wrong item (my mistake) I sent it within the time and they have not refunded me they will not answer emails either. Now they have over £500 and my item back which they can resell

Purchased a rear screen for a truck canopy along with some gas struts. Appalling packaging on the glass but astonishingly it wasn’t broken on inspection. The struts were incorrect even after numerous messages and calls to make sure they were correct.

I then ordered the supposedly correct ones which I paid for and they never arrived. Contacted 4x4AT.com and they said they would look into it. Sent me a claims form which I filled out and sent back but after around 4 months of emails and phone calls they have not sent out a replacement (perhaps they think I lied about not receiving them?)

They are great at giving lip service but never seem to solve any issues.

My advice- if you are prepared to take the risk that your product arrives and you are happy with it then go ahead purchase from them. However if you think there is a chance that you will need any kind of customer service, beware, there is none! Just lip service!

I can’t even face trying to send back the original incorrect gas struts as I know it will simply be a nightmare with no good result. If the value of the goods I have lost were more, I would absolutely take these crooks to court to reclaim my money. They however, know fully well that most people simply don’t have the time or energy to invest in a petty claims court case. I’m sure they regularly rely on this to get away with their disreputable behaviour.

They are a bunch of incompetent thieves in my opinion and I would seriously consider buying elsewhere even if it costs a little more. Utterly dreadful company.

Bought side steps for my new Defender 110, looked great for the first 18 months, then all the paint peals \ falls off, emailed the company and of course not in warranty and never seen this happen before "reply"
Cheap Chinese product! buy the genuine Landrover product, you will save money in the long run.

I had a Areoklas hard top and some side steps fitted on my 2018 Amarok this week.
Just want to thank you to Henry and Jake at Coleshill fitting centre for an excellent job.
All fitted very well and neatly and my vehicle was left clean where they had been working .
Would definitely recommend there fitting centre .
Waiting room with tea, biscuits and a TV so comfortable wait while work carried out

Recently visited NLG Fit Centre to have the Ford Ranger Stylish Wheel Arches fitted, finished in Carbonised Grey, along with the 20” Predator Iconic Alloy Wheels and the Black 76mm City Spoiler Bar. The fit and finish were spot on – the colour match on the arches is perfect and the Ranger looks absolutely awesome now.

The team were welcoming and professional throughout. The location is really convenient too – especially if you’re travelling from the South – making the whole experience smooth and efficient. Great job..

I bought some bonnet struts and tailgate strut for my Ranger.
Arrived on time and were really easy to install.

Everything was ready on arrival and I was advised of an estimated 2 hour wait. Directed to a waiting room which was adorned with coffee and tea.
In around an hour my vehicle was brought down to me.
Excellent job completed more quickly than expected. Half the distance away from me than the Yorkshire location.
Overall a great experience. Will be using again

From making my intial enquiry to the point of delivery, everything has been great. I couldn’t be happier with the service and products received. First time I’ve used them and definitely won’t be the last.

Just purchased rear led lights for a 2020 Ford ranger wildtrak.

The packaging that this came in was excellent and the product has been a great upgrade on the pick up.

I definitely will be using 4x4 accessories again in the near future for other part.

Met Henry and the boys,nice happy smiling faces very knowledgeable,was made to feel at home in the waiting room,there was coffee and biscuits to be had and a television so I could catch up on bidding room🤣and a very comfortable sofa to relax and catch a few winks,the aeroklass speed black lift up lid was soon fitted and i couldn’t of been happier with it,you will be my go to place now thanking you all very much,class outfit👍👍👍👍

Ordered wind deflectors which were delivered promptly but unfortunately either due to a design fault or defective items the wind deflectors actually created more wind noise. They also deflect rainwater onto side windows making visibility impossible in rear view mirrors when raining which is extremely dangerous. Installed new deflectors from else where which resolved the issues. After possibly a month of chasing this company wouldn’t accept any liability or accept a return for the potentially defective product which is extremely poor and disappointing.
