Can't rate these guys highly enough. I bought the Autohome Columbus LandRover roof tent, and Brendan and Mike spent all morning fitting the roof tent on to my Roof Rack, which wasn't easy and required some re-engineering. There were no quibbles, no issues, just a real customer service attitude and get the job done. Brilliant service and I would easily use again.

UPDATE! This trader failed in their court action against me today and had their claim thrown out. The Court also ruled their returns policy is ILLEGAL!. Just goes to show up their empty words below! Let's see if they change the website descriptions and returns policy. In my experience they refuse to accept returns without the buyer paying the postage and taking a 15% admin charge EVEN WHEN IT IS THEIR FAULT. Totally against the Sale of Goods Act, which they don't seem to have heard of. I bought an OME suspension lift kit in January advertised as a complete kit with no need to buy any additional parts. Except it doesn't include the leaf spring bushes, which are required and cost a total of £263 on top of the parts they supply. They say in many places that it's "a complete kit with nothing more required". Took the issue to the card company who sided with me and refunded the money. Now these jokers are threatening me with the Police and Courts! Bring it on, I've offered them the parts back and they refuse to take them. It's like dealing with a 3 year old! The point is that the kit is described as complete and it is not. If this retailer doesn't supply the bits required to make it a "complete kit" then they shouldn't describe it as a "complete kit" and "requiring no additional parts". I've paid for the parts I could use. There was a further order for a £500 rear camera which I cancelled because of this and they even tried to avoid refunding that, even though they hadn't even supplied it yet! Their excuse was that they may have ordered it from their suppliers, it wasn't a special order item! I think their reply shows their complete ignorance of the Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Rights Act and their attitude shows the need for both of those pieces of legislation.

Ordered a part for my l200, unfortunately the part wasn’t compatible .I contacted the company to let them know the problem, they replied straight away and advised me what to do next. Excellent communication and service.will use this company again.

Brilliant service . I contacted Andy via the chat service on the website , explained what I needed and he sorted everything from there . They answered all my questions promptly and delivered the Koni dampers quickly as promised . I would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Where do I start, first off I sent an enquiry regarding a 2" lift kit on the 1st Jan 2024 late afternoon explaining everything I was doing to the vehicle and its uses, not expecting a reply till Tuesday, Andy got back to me that evening with a link to the exact kit I required and other links for other equipment that I hope to be buying later in the year(I'm spent up for now😫 5 new tyres going on too)
I placed the order early evening of the 1st, it arrived around 10ish on Wednesday 3rd, what a nice change to deal with a excellent company.

Researched this EVC throttle controller product through the Jimny blogs and decided to purchase one and give it a go not expecting too much !
Well............ I fitted it in less than 5mins and the results were quite remarkable. I fitted it to my New Shape JImny 2023 and it has put the lacking "Zip" in the whole driving experience.
Well done EVC, a perfect Modification at a reasonable price, much cheaper than a new air intake and or new exhaust. "Perfect"

Everything about this company is slick. The order was with me in Anglesey within 24 hrs or the order. I needed something changing and the email responses were quick, proactive and helpful. Andy done a great job and I would 100% use again. The 2 man swag I ordered looks great and is a quality product.

I placed an order for special parts for my old vehicle (Toyota Land cruiser Hj61 from 1988) which I easily found at 4X4 WORKS.
My order was quickly taken over by the company Thursday 04/05/2023 at 8:03 pm and I was delivered this morning Saturday 06/05/2023 at 9:43 am.
I was very surprised and pleasantly surprised.
Because I was expecting to be delivered early next week.
The team took into account not only the demand for parts, but also my situation as I am broken down and stuck at home with the 4X4. And the follow-up in France was also effective.
I lived with this first purchase experience on the site 4X4 WORKS a great experience. Because this is also the first time that I buy on an English site... and I’m delighted.

I ordered a product from this companys website after talking to Ian from sales.I missed the delivery and had a problem with the tracking number.Ian took time out of his day to sort this out on my behalf.I recieved my purchase the next day with no problems.I would have no hesitation using 4x4 works again.Thanks.

First class service prompt and reliable. Small hiccup with product which can happen but how they dealt with it sets them apart. Excellent customer service, will definitely use them again

I was looking to upgrade the suspension on my Hyundai Terracan, as the factory spec. does the car no favours. This company are knowledgable and supplied the best possible parts, Old Man Emu from down under, that arrived promptly, well packed, and have just been fitted.
Has literally transformed the driving experience for the better, far better. I highly recommend them, easy to deal with, professional, and know their stuff.

I ordered a set of air bellows for a jeep. After several weeks went by I reached out to discover they told me they were just getting them in from the supplier in a day or two. Okay great. Another couple weeks goes by, oh they'll get ahold of me with answers tomorrow. Another week goes by, now it'll be the following month due to supply issues. Wait where was my next day update? That didn't happen. I called them out on it, that it sounds like they have no idea what's going on and are buying themselves time. Do I want to wait for the parts? Yeah as you're the only company i can find that offer them so of course I'll wait. I get a message back from the same salty employee who points fingers at his supplier instead of himself. He more or less refunds my money and says oh sorry it didn't work out. That's not what I asked for. I said I'd wait but I expect more. And who wouldn't? You shouldn't be offering stuff like it's in stock on your site, when you have no idea if they're a special order item and can't promise your customer punctuality. I'm tired of middle man companies like this that just have a list of "what's in stock" instead of actually having stock. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Instead of doing their job i get refunded and robbed MONTHS of waiting because they don't like hearing about it being a joke. Avoid them at all costs unless you like being run around and screwed sideways.

I’ve recently purchased a few hard to get items for my LN65 hilux project. 4x4 works have been great to deal with, outstanding communication and kept their word. These will be my 1st choice to get parts modification parts from in the future.

I can only give these guys the best rating possible.
All communication has been great, delivery times fab and after care has also been brilliant.

9 months after my initial purchase I found I was missing some parts (probably my fault). 4x4works sent out replacement parts free of charge.

Good job guys, I'm very impressed.

brought a set of ClearView towing mirrors £800 for my Navara outlaw as we had just brought a 5TH Wheel RV.
plug and play, take mine off put these on happy days, not quite, on trying to use the electric adjustable function, keep blowing a fuse.
made contact with 4x4works, it must be something I had done, replied there's two plugs for each mirror, one large,one small you can't get it wrong.
oh forgot to say they don't allocate pins for the heating element its for you to figure out yourself.
reply from 4x4works was too take it a motor electrician to sort at my cost.
refused to do that, I wanted 4x4works to sort, in there defence they got ClearView Europe involved and ClearView Australia, has they had never had this problem before.

don't connect both plugs, only the large one (solved by ClearView)
pin 8 is + for heating element
pin 9 is - for heating element (solved by me at my cost).
for a set of mirrors that cost £800 at lot of hassle, would I buy again. NO CHANCE.

I contacted 4x4works to help my wife buy me the best every Christmas present for my Jeep (🤣). In the thick of the Christmas rush, Ian took time to talk me through what I needed, helped to steer me to exactly the right bits and then managed to get everything packaged up, dispatched and delivered in plenty of time for it all to get wrapped and hidden under the tree. Me AND my Jeep are both going to be very happy on Christmas day😎
