Please, do not change your money there. They add commision to your moneytransfer without mentioning it!
We needed € 600,- and they charged us with 1433 LEV (€ 733,-).
When you figure it out and complain about it, they point at a written ruling on the window at the left corner (font size 9).
Don't ruin your vacation by making the same mistake. These guys are a bunch of scammers.
